Hi, I'm Allison! I grew up around the wedding industry on both sides of my family, and what started as a side career while pursuing my master's degree in counseling became my full-time calling. Since 2018, I have dedicated myself to serving couples on one of the most meaningful days of their lives. My counseling background shapes how I listen, how I ask questions, and how I show up for every couple I work with. I genuinely care about your experience, your vision, and every detail that makes your day feel like you.

At Veil & Vine, we offer three services so every couple can find the right fit. The Trellis is full wedding planning and design, led personally by Allison from your first conversation to your last dance. The Vine is partial planning for couples who have started but want an expert to take it the rest of the way. The Veil is 90-day coordination, where Allison or our lead coordinator Tera steps in to handle vendors, timelines, rehearsal, and your full wedding day. No matter which package you choose, you get a team that treats your wedding with intention, warmth, and real expertise.

From your first planning conversation to your last dance, The Trellis is a fully personal experience led by Allison Schmitz. Venue search, every vendor, contract review, design direction, budget oversight, guest logistics, and complete wedding day execution. You do not have to figure any of it out alone. Allison is with you from the moment you say yes.

You have started planning, but you are ready to hand it off. The Vine is for couples who have made some decisions and need an expert to step in, take over the details, and carry everything across the finish line. Vendor coordination, design guidance, timeline creation, rehearsal, and full wedding day management. You keep the vision. We handle the rest.

Our dedicated team channels its energy exclusively into each couple we serve, starting 90 days prior to your wedding. We come alongside the hours of effort you have already poured into your day and dive into the details of vendor coordination, timelines, and crucial communication so you can be fully present when it counts.

    The Best Day!

    Allison and her team were an invaluable part of my wedding planning and day. Especially for the day of the wedding, I got to enjoy the day because I knew Allison was taking care of everything behind the scenes. I highly recommend the Veil and Vine team for you wedding day.     The BEST choice out there!

    Veil & Vine is the team I wanted but didn't know just how much I'd need! From our very first meeting, Allison immediately made me feel like we'd been friends forever with her warm presence. She was the perfect sounding board for all my crazy 2 am thoughts, incredibly organized, and the sweetest soul. Before meeting in person, Allison was very helpful and had answers and resources for all of my questions. As we approached the wedding date, I felt completely comfortable turning the reins over to her (have I mentioned I'm usually a control freak?), which I think is a true testament to her awesomeness. Allison put together a detailed timeline of the day, communicated with all of our other vendors, and made sure I knew we could make any idea happen. From the rehearsal dinner to decor set up and wedding day management, Allison led with love, joy, and the philosophy that experiences matter more than strict timelines. I simply got to enjoy my wedding day and not stress about a single thing because I knew Allison and her team were on top of it all. I truly cannot imagine how the months leading up to and the actual wedding day would have gone without Allison. If you're on the fence about hiring a coordinator, take this as your sign... you need Veil & Vine!

    Tera at Veil & Vine

    Tera was my coordinator and she was absolutely amazing to work with. She covered every detail I asked for and didn’t miss anything. It brought me so much peace on my wedding day! Veil & Vine is absolutely amazing and I am so thankful I booked this team!!

    The Most Amazing Team!

    We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about Veil & Vine and our incredible coordinator, Allison. From the very first meeting, Allison immediately made me feel heard, supported, and completely confident in our vision. She helped me visualize every detail of the day with such clarity, and I just knew from that moment that we had found the perfect person to help bring everything to life. Our wedding day was truly flawless and it felt like my exact vision and dream was copied and pasted into reality. I will never be over the first time we saw how everything came together. So incredibly perfect! Allison was there for me in every single moment, from creating a timeline with the perfect flow and finalizing the tiniest of logistics to bustling my dress before the reception. Her assistant, equally amazing, even went on a late-night run to pick up our order of 150 McDonald's cheeseburgers- an idea I thought might be a little silly, but Allison insisted that if it was something we wanted, they’d make it happen. And they did, without hesitation. Veil & Vine is a dream team: insanely organized, endlessly knowledgeable, and the perfect blend of warm, kind, and professional. I will be raving about them for years to come and recommending them to everyone.     You NEED Veil & Vine on your wedding day!!!

    I cannot recommend the Veil & Vine team enough!! Their team goes above and beyond to get to know you, your vision, and every last detail to ensure your day is PERFECT. I had a wonderful experience with this company. Not only are they very professional, organized, responsive, and on top of everything a month before the wedding, they bring such a fun and calming energy to the entire wedding day!
