At According to Plan, I help couples plan weddings that reflect their vision, not unwanted trends or family expectations. Since 2017, I’ve served the DFW metroplex (including but not limited to Tarrant, Denton, Parker, Wise, Dallas, Collin, Palo Pinto, and Erath counties) with full planning, partial planning, and wedding day management (because “day-of” coordination isn’t a real thing!). I’m Type A in the best way, organized and efficient, but calm under pressure, so my couples never feel stressed. No two weddings I plan look the same, and that’s intentional. It’s your day. Let’s make it feel like it.

Description	From venue scouting to vendor selection, budget management, design, and everything in between, we handle it all. This package includes monthly meetings, unlimited email support, contract reviews, timeline creation, and full wedding day management. We’ll guide you every step of the way so nothing gets missed and everything feels just right.	For couples who’ve done the planning but want support bringing it all together. Starting 60 days out, we step in to finalize details, coordinate vendors, create your timeline, manage your rehearsal, and handle decor setup and breakdown, so your day runs smoothly and you can focus on celebrating, not troubleshooting.

Jessie with According to Plan was our Day of Coordinator. She met with us about a month before the wedding and I basically handed over all that I had done up to that point. She took over and my life was a whole lot better for it! She helped us book last minute vendors and made sure that we covered all of our bases! I did not have to worry about ANYTHING the day of our wedding and that in itself is a gift. If you truly want to enjoy your wedding day with no stress, book with According to Plan. Venue coordinators are wonderful, but their job is to represent the venue. My role is to represent you. I manage the overall planning process, all your vendors, your timeline, and the little details that make your day flow seamlessly, things venue staff don’t cover. Think of me as your advocate from start to finish.

“Day-of coordination” doesn’t really exist. No planner can show up cold and run your wedding smoothly! My wedding day management starts about two months before your big day. That gives me time to review contracts, confirm details, build your timeline, and step in so you can relax and enjoy.

That depends on the service you choose. With full planning, I’m with you from day one—venue, vendors, design, and everything in between. With partial planning, I guide you through the areas where you want support depending on the add-ons you choose. And with wedding day management, I step in closer to the wedding to tie everything together.

Absolutely. Many of my couples plan from outside the metroplex. We’ll meet on Zoom for anything that doesn’t require being in-person, so distance never has to be a barrier. I’ll handle the local logistics, vendor communication, and site visits as needed so you never feel left out of the process.

Yes! I don’t impose my style, I help you bring your vision to life. I work with couples across a wide range of budgets by helping them prioritize what matters most. Every budget has its limits (guest count, meal style, décor, etc.), and I’ll guide you toward the best decisions so your day still feels personal and meaningful.
