Do not recommend
My husband and I hired The Design Haus through Walters Wedding Estates to do our florals for our wedding. They quickly became our biggest frustration on the day of. We had multiple meetings throughout the planning process where we discussed our specific vision. We shared specific pictures with the specific colors we wanted and emphasized multiple times to the floral team that the florals were an incredibly important part of our vision for the day of. It is important to note that you do not get to see your actual florals until the day of. The first issue was that my bouquet had the wrong color ribbon. The contract listed a light blue satin ribbon and I was given an ivory ribbon. I was also disappointed in the aisle florals as we specifically requested pastel wildflowers but it seemed like the aisle florals were mostly roses. Our biggest issue was with the staircase. We specifically contracted for staircase decor with “silk pastel blooms … more floral heavy than greenery.” We emphasized in the meeting that we weren’t a fan of the heavy greenery look. On the day of, the floral team had brought ONLY greenery for the staircase. When it was brought to their attention they then tried to fix it by TAKING flowers from the ceremony florals. It was very noticeable where they were taking it from. Luckily, our wedding planner was able to help us get a refund on just the staircase but only AFTER Walters first attempted to get us to sign a non-disclosure and non-disparagement agreement for their breach of contract. I was incredibly disappointed with their service and believe it is incredibly important that Bride’s have all of the information before making such a big decision.

Wedding Florals
My husband and I booked The Design Haus for our wedding, which took place a couple weeks ago at Ashton Gardens in Corinth. Our florist, Becky, was wonderful and very organized. We wanted to use a combination of real and faux florals and to keep our budget relatively low. Becky helped us figure out the best way to stretch our money and get as much from our wishlist as possible. Our florals turned out to be stunning and exactly what we wanted. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Expensive but pulled it out
Our reception flowers turned out beautiful! The communication was a bit lacking and they barely made it out of the house before guests started arriving but otherwise great work!

Brought the idea to life
Overall my experience with Design Haus was easy. About 9 months before the big day I met with a member of their sales team and went over the vision. I shared with them my pinterest board and boy did they make this image come alive. Never felt like they didn't match what I wanted and throughout the process always felt like they knew what they were doing.
