Hi friends! My name is Sierra + I’m so happy you’re here! I’m many things besides a wedding coordinator. I’m a wife to my husband Joseph, I’m a dog mom to our black lab, Chewy, + our pointer mix, Po; + we recently welcomed our son to the world in October 2024. I love to travel, so if you’re not local, we can make it work! I’m a Christian who believes marriage is the perfect depiction of how Christ loved His bride, the Church + I’m so excited to be considered as a small part of your big day. I want you to know that your wedding is just as important to me as it is to you. I can’t wait to celebrate your love story!
I pride myself on the personal relationship between myself + my clients. I started this company to truly love + work closely with all of my clients, not pass them off to other members on my team. Your experience will be perfectly tailored to your exact needs.

Day of coordinator
From the moment my husband and I reached out to Happily Ever Hefner Weddings, we were greeted with empathy, enthusiasm, and unwavering support. Sierra was incredibly organized, attentive to every detail, and exuded a sense of confidence that put us at ease on our wedding day. On the day of our wedding, Sierra's execution was flawless - she seamlessly orchestrated the flow of the event and ensured that both my husband and I, as well as all of our guests, were cared for and able to fully enjoy the celebration. Sierra's understanding of our vision and her ability to bring it to life with such poise was truly invaluable, allowing me to rest easy and be fully present on our special day. The team at Happily Ever Hefner Weddings was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their communication style was fast-paced and responsive, which was exactly what we needed to plan our wedding efficiently. They demonstrated a perfect understanding of our vision and were able to execute it flawlessly. For example, the planner helped set up our entire venue while we were at the ceremony, ensuring everything was ready when we arrived. I would Highly recommend Sierra any day of the week! She was our Day of Coordinator so we had 1 in person meeting and communications over text and email and to say she nailed my vision would be an understatement! All responses were quick and informative, when it came to wedding day she actually beat me to the venue, and had all communication with my vendors on the wedding day! She kept the evening flowing and if there were any problems she dealt with them all! I truly couldn’t have had the calm and perfect day I imagined without the help of Sierra!
