From ideation to execution, Red Maple Catering delivered stunning & delicious food & truly went above & beyond to bring our food dreams to life. We made the decision early on to elope in Argentina but knew we wanted our reception back home to be filled with the foods we loved from our past trip to South America & foods we love at home. In an exploratory call with Red Maple Catering, I briefly explained our food vision, my dietary restrictions, & our drink preferences. The menu ideas that were delivered back to us were so imaginative & creative. Everything was considered & they were even thoughtful enough to provide us with mocktail options to accommodate our drink preferences. We were invited to a tasting, which was such a fun & special experience. Chef was so eager to receive our feedback & make changes in order to make sure we were happy. We had calls with multiple other catering companies & no one delivered thoughtful menu options like Red Maple Catering. Red Maple not only understood the vision but was quick to give additional personalization suggestions to make the foods feel special & unique to us like branding our hot dog buns for our late night snack. Red Maple Catering was also so understanding of our budget & really worked with us to make sure we could have the food we wanted, feed everyone enough, & properly staff our event. They were flexible & informative on how we could still work together at mutually beneficial price point & gave me great direction & ideas on where to order extra items needed like fun boxes for our late night snacks, our branding tool, & additional ingredients for some of our drinks. The night of our event was seamless & we got so many incredible compliments about the food. Everything was so delicious & our only complaint was that there was nothing left for us to take back to the hotel to eat after, ha! Red Maple Catering was meticulous with every single detail & their team made our night so fun while making sure everyone was well-fed & served.
