We offer catering with a choice of station-style service with pre-portioned servings or a buffet. Enjoy a special rate of $50 per person for 100+ guests or $75 per person with a 50-guest minimum. Our customizable menu allows you to create the perfect meal for your wedding vision.

    Glad Mouf was absolutely amazing to work with! From beginning to end their communication was swift, and it allowed us to complete our catering for our Wedding stress-free! Amir was super friendly and was able to cater our taco bar buffet style for our wedding and a mashed potato bar, that was a big hit for our cocktail hour! Our food time even got pushed up a little the Glad Mouf team worked even harder to get the food out, which was much appreciated! If you’re looking for an affordable catering team that has lots of options and is super friendly. These are the guys for you!

    Excellent Food

    We hired Glad Mouf to cater our holiday party, serving 100 guests.From start to finish, their team was professional, organized, and accommodating. The booking process was seamless, and he worked with us to create a custom menu that fit our theme. We chose a mix of passed appetizers, and a plated dinner. The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Not only was the food delicious,the pricing was fair for the quality, and there were no unexpected costs. Overall,Glad Mouf exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend them for ANY special event. We'll definitely be using them again for future gatherings!

    Phenomal Experience with The Chef @ Glad Mouf

    I recently had the pleasure of working with Glad Mouf for catering my wedding, and I am so glad I did! From the very beginning, their communication was seamless and professional. They listened carefully to all my needs and provided thoughtful suggestions that made the entire process stress-free. The team at Glad Mouf truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for my special day. The food was absolutely incredible! The oxtail was tender and flavorful, cooked to perfection with a rich, savory sauce that had just the right amount of seasoning. Every bite was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The crab fried rice was another standout—packed with juicy crab meat and a delicious combination of flavors. It was the perfect balance of savory and just the right amount of richness. I’ve had many versions of crab fried rice, but this one was top-tier. As for the overall experience, the quality and value of their work were exceptional. The portions were generous, and the food was served fresh and hot, even though they were catering to a large crowd. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing the food was.     THE BEST FOOD ON THE

    Our experience with Glad Mouf catering was fantastic from start to finish. Amir, the owner, had a fun and detailed communication style that made the planning process easy and enjoyable. His team was incredibly professional, delivering flavorful cuisine that wowed our guests. The menu options were unique and creative, and the pricing was very affordable, providing great value. Most importantly, they were punctual and easy to work with on the day of our wedding, ensuring everything ran smoothly so we could focus on celebrating our special day. We highly recommend Glad Mouf for any couple looking for a catering company that combines quality, creativity, and excellent customer service.

Of course, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you decide to book with us the fee would be credited towards your event.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 3 months in advance.
We service the entire us, we are based in NC and would just add a travel fee.
We can provide individual Kosher or Halal meals and customize fully vegetarian or vegan menus.
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics.
