Our team is for the couple who booked all major vendors, planned it all but wants to be present day-of, and needs a professional to manage final details. We come into the picture 3 months from “I do!"

Our new package refined for celebrations with 50 guests or less. You're about to embark on an incredibly personal, unique wedding adventure! We want to be there every step of the way, even if (well, especially if!) your vision doesn't fit the typical mold.

    Excellent- perfect day

    Working with Olivia Lauren Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our first conversation, Savannah took charge of every detail with such kindness and capability that we felt completely at ease. When our caterer cancelled last minute, she jumped into action and found a solution that kept our day on track and beautiful. We didn't worry about a single thing on our wedding day because we knew everything was in her hands. The value we got was incredible—Savannah solved problems before we even knew they were problems. We can't recommend her enough to couples looking for a planner who truly cares and gets the job done.

    Best Day Ever!

    Savannah and her team truly made our wedding the best day of our lives! She completely understood us, was our immediate “yes man” to every idea, and made the day run seamlessly behind the scenes. She’s also just the best energy to have on your team in such a special season. Highly recommend!

    Flawless!!

    Where do I even begin?? Savannah made my day absolutely beautiful, seamless, stress free and organized! The very idea of planning a wedding in 7 months was enough to overwhelm me and she kept me on track with what needed to be done and when. I wouldn’t have been able to do it without her! Our Hilton Head wedding was truly the best day ever and that is in big part because of her. My mother in law loved her so much she asked me if Savannah would be willing to travel to Texas for my sister in laws wedding when that happens. If you’re unsure of who to choose, Olivia Lauren is it.

    THE BESTTTT

    So thankful I chose to work with Olivia Lauren Events as a coordinator for my wedding day! I am probably one of the most OCD/type A people you will ever meet; in a different life, I would be a wedding/event planner. I LOVE it so much. I wanted to plan it all on my own, but wanted someone else to be able to step in with me, see my ideas/plans, and actually assist in executing day of so that I didn't have anything to worry about, and I am forever thankful I had Savannah and Bri there to do that! From the first meeting with Savannah, I could tell she was organized, laid back, and efficient. Every meeting from then on out, I felt confident she was understanding my vision and she asked all the right questions to be able to have everything together day of. They are truly two of the kindest, lighthearted souls you will ever meet. They showed up on time, had such a calming presence, and were on top of EVERYTHING. From directing the rehearsal, to getting things set up day of, to contacting a vendor who hadn't shown up on time, to handling an unforeseen situation with another vendor, organizing getting people where they needed to be for the ceremony, to communicating clearly with all the vendors, to bustling the TWENTY (20!!!) bustles on my dress, to even cleaning up (side note: everything was put back perfectly in each box which was so impressive to me), and so much more - I was just so impressed with this team and all that they did for us. I could go on about how incredible they are all day. I can truly say that without Olivia Lauren Events, our day could have truly been a disaster. They went above and beyond and helped make our day unforgettable. If you are searching for a wedding planner/coordinator - choose Olivia Lauren Events. It will be the best choice you make for the biggest day of your life!

Savannah first entered the wedding industry as a photographer. Pair this with her experience in planning and she has truly seen all parts of a wedding day. She understands the importance of cohesiveness for not only your family and friends, but for your vendor team. Next, our planning style is relaxed. Easily adaptable to change, a flexible approach to planning, ready to roll with the punches…yet always professional and punctual.
First, we never book more than one wedding on the same day. You get our team’s undivided attention, no matter what! Olivia Lauren Events typically takes on 4-6 events annually to ensure we give the very best experience to each of our couples.
Yes. You sure do. The venue’s coordinator is there to represent the venue. Olivia Lauren Events is there to represent YOU. A lot of the work leading up to your wedding day will not be included in the venue coordinator’s duties. You need someone to create + execute the timeline, handle all vendor communication, treasure your personal items, + take care of the setup + breakdown…that’s us! Trust us!

We believe that couples should have access to a planner no matter their vision, budget, or timeline. We want your day to run as smoothly as possible, & we want to help with that. We do not offer day-of services but instead offer a coordination package where we come in 90 days before. This allows our team to become familiar with your vendor team & timeline.
