Chef Tara is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY. She has lifelong experience & was raised in the food industry. Growing up in the family's restaurants and summer resort businesses gives her well rounded expertise in both front & back of the house. Chef is well versed in many international cuisine styles and personally speaks to each client to create a custom menu for your wedding/event. Chef does not offer a limited list of items to chose from or a limited option of packages for catering. Each event and menu is unique.

Chef Tara herself has a fun casual menu chat with you about your CUSTOM menu and quotes you a price per person. The client creates the menu WITH Chef Tara herself. She is well known for trying to represent both the Bride and Grooms cuisine styles and comfort foods they grew up on. She sincerely works hard and is talented. You will not speak to sales reps and a massive team will not prepare your food. Chef Tara will with her talented and experienced assistants.

We happen to also own Evermore Event Company. It is a Vintage Tableware and small decor rental company. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options within your budget. We often cater and bring in the Evermore Rentals or sometimes one of the other. Either way we are hereto serve you!
No, if we are coming with server team for full service and staying through dinner. Yes, if it is just a "drop off" catered food delivery. (For a delivery only we do not offer set up service or break down.)
No, for a guest count :) Yes for a dinner entree price. For Dinner pricing: Our minimum is to purchase a chicken entree for the current market rate. (Please call and ask us for our chicken entree pricing) For LIch or Breakfast Pricing yes there is a minimum price per person.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you pay your deposit with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
Chef Tara is available for any thoughts or questions prior to paying a deposit and after! She is always ensuring you can speak directly to her during each step and she will facet ime if you like as well! She loves to see her couples!
as soon as possible. We get booked up and hate to say "Sorry we are booked". Booked with us means someone paid a deposit. We often have many "inquiries" from many very sweet couples for the same date. We work for who pays the deposit first.....
We serve the Carolinas. We do not travel more than one hour away from our commercial kitchen for fod safety purposes and the entire serving team traveling too far. Chef Tara herself is available for travel. Inquire directly with her.
Absolutely! This is "easy" for Chef to do and she wants everyone to have the same eating experience as the next guest. She is very accommodating. Catering by Tara does this often.
Yes of course. At that time right after dinner we will cut and serve the cake yes At NO CHARGE! As long as cake/dessert is served immediately after dinner :) WE will not remain for a party after dinner and watch everyone celebrate and wait for dessert service. Kindly we will serve your cake/dessert and clear it before we leave.
Absolutely NOT. Who does that??!! Gratuity is very much appreciated not expected. We work HARD. Because we want to have perfect service and everything go smoothly for you. We feel this should be up to you and given based on service. :)
