We're the mobile catering extension of local powerhouse restaurant Inizio Pizza and Finale Pizza, specializing in pizza and pasta for wedding catering. From intimate ceremonies to grand receptions, we create an unforgettable dining experience with traditional wood-fired techniques and fresh pasta that will have your guests raving long after your celebration.

Nobody went hungry at this Wedding! Guests were treated to plenty of appetizers, which included baked buffalo wings. Pasta & pizza were the main entree. Everyone loved the food.

    Vita Da is the best!

    When we were booking wedding vendors, great food was of high value to us. We were so excited to book Vita Da because their food was phenomenal! They catered pizza and pasta for our day, and it was one of our favorite vendors, and now one of our favorite restaurants! We can't stop talking about how good the pistachio pesto pasta was and the pizza is unbeatable! Thank you so much Vita Da for working with us to make our day so special!

    Outstanding 5-star service

    Vita Da Pizza catered my son and daughter-in-law's wedding in June 2026. They showed up on time, set up their own tables, served the pizza and interacted with our guests. The pizza was served warm and was a crowd favorite!

    Best Pizza Food Truck in Charlotte

    This was the best and easiest food truck experience. Not only did guest rave about the quality and flavor of the pizza, but also was ready in a timely manner. The service was fantastic and we will definitely keep this in mind for our next event. Our expectations were exceeded!

Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
We can recommend rental companies for you.
We serve within a 25 mile radius of our Inizio Providence Rd. location. Anything outside of that area is subject to a travel fee.
We can offer cake cutting services as long as extra labor is booked in advance.
We can provide gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian upon request.
