    We had City Barbeque and Catering handle our 100-person wedding and couldn't have been happier with the experience. From the first email and phone call, the team was responsive and easy to work with. Their pricing was incredibly reasonable without any hidden fees, and the food quality was outstanding. On the day of our wedding, the staff showed up prepared and professional, making sure everything ran smoothly. If you're looking for a caterer that delivers excellent barbecue at a fair price, City BBQ is the way to go. We'd book them again in a heartbeat.

    Highly Recommend!!

    From the very beginning of working with Brittany to creating the perfect meal for our wedding day, everything was absolutely wonderful! Our wedding guests LOVED the food—so much that multiple guests went back for seconds and even thirds! The fan favorites were definitely the brisket and mac & cheese. The catering team also went above and beyond to make sure my groom and I were taken care of. They made sure we had a plate before dinner service so we could actually enjoy our meal, and we even received a to-go/late-night snack box! We couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience for such a special day. We highly recommend City BBQ for any catering event, but especially for your wedding!

She was kind and genuinely interested in making our day special, answering every question we had with patience and care. On the big day, Maritza, Adrian, and Isaac brought that same warmth to our reception—the food was delicious and the display looked stunning. Their honest approach to pricing and honest communication throughout the process made us feel valued, not just like another booking. Yes, we offer complimentary wedding tastings at all of our local restaurants.
Yes! We have two levels of service that include staff, on our Classic option we can cut and serve your wedding cake for a small fee. On our Signature option it is complimentary.
We travel up to one hour and forty five minutes from the closest City Barbeque to your venue. Locations in North Carolina include: Four Charlotte area locations: Ballantyne, Matthews, University, Huntersville. Three Triad locations: Greensboro, Winston Salem and High Point Seven Raleigh locations: Raleigh, Lake Boone Trail, Durham, Cary, Garner, Wendell Falls and Wilmington. We also have a location in Greenville, SC and opening soon in Rock Hill, SC and Johnson City, TN!
Yes, our delivery and set up or classic options have a $40 delivery and set up fee and on the signature it is complimentary for any location within 35 minutes of a restaurant. Additional mileage fees may apply of $1 per minute over 35 minutes.
Our catering packages have a 15 person minimum. We have three different levels of service- Delivery and Set Up: $150 food and beverage minimum City Classic: $150 food and beverage minimum City Signature: $1300 food and beverage minimum
We can accommodate certain restrictions however safety is our top priority so be sure to inquire for your needs
Most of our weddings book 8-10 months in advance
