    Simply the Best Wedding Planner!

    Hiring our wedding planner was one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding process. From the very beginning, she was organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our day everything we had dreamed of. She handled every detail with professionalism and grace, allowing us to actually enjoy our engagement and be fully present on our wedding day without worrying about timelines or logistics. No matter what came up, she had a solution ready and made everything look effortless. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, and so much of that is thanks to her hard work, dedication, and passion. We received countless compliments on how smoothly everything ran, and we truly couldn’t have done it without her. If you’re looking for someone who is kind, dependable, incredibly talented, and will treat your wedding as if it were her own, I cannot recommend her enough. She exceeded every expectation, and we are so grateful she was part of one of the most important days of our lives. Thank you for making our dream wedding a reality!

    She's the BEST

    Hayley came recommended by our venue and I cannot say how glad I am that she was my planner. She is professional, personable, and knows what she is doing. She was truly made to do this. She kept me sane during this entire process and was there for any question, no matter the hour of the day. The day of the wedding she made a split second decision to move the ceremony indoors and not even 2 minutes later it started pouring. I'm still not convinced that she isn't psychic! It was the best decision and the turnover took 5 minutes and she had it handled. I was not nearly as stressed on my wedding day thanks to the trust and confidence I had in her. She will bend over backwards if it means getting you what you want. I owe this woman my life and I cannot recommend her enough!

    Hayley is PHENOMENAL!

    We booked her partial planning package and honestly cannot imagine how our wedding would’ve happened without her. She brings the perfect mix of organization, management, creativity, and enthusiasm. We* (*I) absolutely did not make her job easy. I’m a scatterbrained control freak incapable of reading/responding to messages in a timely manner and there was zero logic to the non-budget we set (“it costs what it costs”, except when I don’t like what it costs, but I couldn’t assign a dollar value to that). Still, she managed the chaos and pulled together the most incredible, over-the-top kitschy Valentine’s Day wedding of our dreams. If we were capable of relaxing, my now-husband and I wouldn’t have had to lift a finger day-of. She’s amazing, and we couldn’t recommend her enough!

    Hue is everything you need and more

    Hayley was amazing throughout the entire process of planning our wedding! Even though we booked her as our month-of coordinator, she was already engaged and involved over 90 days out! Hayley knew our venue well and due to her reputation and previous connections, she was able to answer any question we had and make our day so special. Not only is she professional, but she is also so personable. So many of our family members and friends raved about her after the wedding. She made sure our bridal party was in line and that both bride and groom felt confident and ready before we walked down the aisle. She executed our vision flawlessly. We are so grateful to Hue Events and Hayley!

    Couldn't have done it without Hayley!

    Working with Hayley was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She’s an amazing person with such a warm and fun personality. So easy to talk to, always supportive, and the ultimate hype woman for your ideas while still keeping things realistic. Her relationships with vendors are incredible, and every recommendation she gave us was spot-on. Even after I moved states halfway through planning, she made the entire process feel manageable and stress-free. She somehow brought to life the feeling and vision that had been stuck in my head for months. On the wedding day, everything flowed perfectly. My husband and I were able to have so many special “little moments” together because she had every detail handled behind the scenes.

Yes! We specialize in destination weddings and love traveling to bring your dream day to life. Whether it’s a tropical beach or a charming countryside, we’re ready to go.
Our packages are designed to be as all-inclusive as possible. Any additional costs, such as travel or overtime, will be clearly outlined in your proposal and contract upfront. Please note that sales tax will apply, and if you choose to pay by credit card, a small processing fee will also be added.
