The Professional Maid of Honor is a Boston-based wedding coordination and planning company. Our team covers all New England states - Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut. Our team specializes in wedding planning - we do everything from designing and ordering invitations to researching and booking vendors. Let us take the stress out of your wedding and plan all the details for you!

You will have a small and dedicated team available to assist with all things planning. We don’t take on a ton of clients at once because we want to ensure each of our couples gets the best service possible. All of our packages are customized to your specific needs so you get exactly what you want, and don’t pay for extras that you don’t need. All packages include unlimited communication for questions, consultation, rant sessions about meddling family members, whatever you need! We will become professional besties with you to ensure your big day goes off without a hitch, and is exactly how you imagined it.

    If you are anxious about planning a wedding, don't know where to begin, and are bad at confrontation then I would hire Katelynn as your wedding coordinator. It was single-handedly the best decision that my husband and I made when planning our wedding. She was able to guide us through the wedding planning process with absolutely zero judgement and the patience of a saint. She was able to give us choices on all our vendors with detailed breakdowns of the pricing so that we were able to make the best choices for us. She kept us on schedule so that we were meeting all of our deadlines and milestones on time, and she always kept a positive attitude. She even caught a price discrepancy with our venue, where they charged us more than the contracted price. We were able to talk to the venue about it and they corrected that mistake-saving us 1000. Her insider knowledge was invaluable and her experience shined throughout the entire process. Katelynn, in no small part, was the reason that we had the perfect wedding and I will sing her praises to anyone interested in getting a wedding coordinator. You don't have to look any further, she's the coordinator for you!

    My partner and I hired Katelynn and her team to do the Day-Of Coordination for our wedding and we could not be happier! We had monthly updates over the phone with Katelynn to keep us on track and make sure we had all of the details sorted before our wedding day. This being the first time we'd planned a wedding, Katelynn's experience in planning gave us guidance and support. Our day-of coordinator, Holly, was a dream come true! She handled all of the details for both our rehearsal and day of coordination so we didn't have to... we are so thankful for Holly's attention to detail and support. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and The Professional Maid of Honor was a big part of bringing everything together.

    I hired The Professional Maid of Honor to help with day of coordination for my small backyard wedding. Owner Katelynn was super helpful with answering questions and gathering details in the months and weeks leading up to my June 2022 wedding. She confirmed arrivals and timelines with my vendors. On the day of, Alanna and Sue were great! They helped with some set-up and also kept things organized and running smoothly. I'm sure there were some things that they helped with behind the scenes that I didn't even know about! Overall, very positive experience with Katelynn & Team!
