About this venue
The Barn on the Pemi is a fully restored and renovated mid-1800’s barn. At over 10,000 square feet of event space, this venue is a rustic and expansive location in which to host small receptions or grand affairs. Surrounded by a secluded pastoral landscape, The Barn exudes a classic rural New England charm. Ceremonies can be held in our climate controlled barn, on our terrace or in our seasonal greenhouse. The surrounding mountains add a beautiful backdrop for your photos. The barn interior will host your cocktail hour and reception. Our on-site catering chefs will serve locally-sourced dishes that highlight the best of New England’s farms. You can also enjoy craft cocktails, local beer, and vintage wines from the two full-service bars that the venue includes. Ensuring your event goes seamlessly and you have the best experience possible, we provide unique accommodation and transportation options as well as an event specialist to work with you every step of the way.

With over 10,000 sq. ft. of event space, our barn will host small, intimate events or a more elaborate affair. Standing three stories high, The Barn houses its own catering facility, two bars as well as elevators and restrooms on each floor. The impressive interior boasts high ceilings, exposed beams, a beautiful stone fireplace, and unique and elaborate chandeliers. Tasteful and simple interiors allow you to customize with your own décor and individual style.

Just off of The Barn is our 2,400 square foot flagstone terrace. The terrace is ideal for ceremony, cocktail hour and photos. A sprawling lawn lies just beyond the terrace with stunning views of the surrounding mountain ranges.

The Best Wedding Venue in NH!
We had the most incredible wedding at the Barn on the Pemi in August 2025! We had our ceremony in the greenhouse, which was beautiful and in bloom at that time. While it was warm in the greenhouse, the Barn staff did a great job of keeping guests cool and making sure we were on time and didn’t keep our guests waiting! We were so blessed to have Sheila as our day-of coordinator. She was incredibly helpful during the rehearsal and set-up, and was amazing with her communication and time management to ensure our wedding flowed perfectly. She even sprang into action to repair the groom’s suit jacket button when it popped off during photos, and overall helped calm our nerves with her trusting presence. The food was phenomenal, especially the mac and cheese, which our guests are still talking about! The Barn was able to accommodate a number of different dietary restrictions, even in family style serving, and every guest was able to enjoy different food options. With the views, the charm, and the staff’s service and execution, you cannot choose a better venue for your wedding in New Hampshire!
The Best Venue!
We could not have asked for a better wedding experience. The team was so responsive and knowledgeable about the venue, food options, and every detail we needed along the way. Scheduling multiple meetings and viewings was easy, and they always made us feel taken care of. The price you pay is absolutely worth the quality you get. The food was incredible — endless options that were both fun and delicious. The chips and dips at cocktail hour were a huge hit, and the late-night noodle bar was the perfect touch. They even set aside a full platter of appetizers and drinks for our wedding party immediately after the ceremony, which was such a thoughtful detail. Dinner was served quickly and tasted amazing (the steak tips especially!). We had our ceremony in the greenhouse, cocktail hour on the patio, and the reception inside — the flow of the entire day was seamless. Krysta, our day-of coordinator, was absolutely fantastic and made everything run smoothly. I never felt stressed and was able to truly enjoy every moment. It was everything I hoped for and more, and we’re so grateful for the care and attention we received. I would wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful summer wedding with incredible service and food.

Would get married all over again
We had our wedding in April 2025, and we loved it! Kendra and the rest of the team were welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. Our ceremony was held in the greenhouse, and it was just beautiful! The food was amazing and we even had an ice cream bar that all our guests enjoyed. There have been no negative comments regarding the venue from our guests, and of course, from my husband and me! I would get married at this venue over and over again. They made the day seamless and stress-free for me!! Thank you to Kendra and the rest of the Barn on the Pemi team for making our wedding day one of the best days of our lives!
