My wife and I worked with Danielle at a venue and she was so fantastic, we followed her from one venue to the other. We were so interested to work with her, we sought her out. The building, the amenities and the food…important? I guess… but not as important as the person who is going to help you keep the event on the rails, be in your corner the whole time and do everything she can to make your day the best it can be. Someone once told me, “a bunch of things are gonna go sideways on your day, you’ll know, but no one else will. Nicole from Simply Beeutiful Events was amazing! She was extremely well organized and proficient at ensuring that everything was going according to schedule and plan. We were out of state for where our ceremony was being held, and Nicole was amazing at communicating through emails and coordinating with all the vendors. She was also instrumental for both our rehearsal and dinner the first night, as well as the entire wedding day, and was able to keep the two toddler flower children from running amuck while still having a loving and gentle hand in corralling them. Nicole was a must-have for our wedding not only in her proficiency for the duties needed, but her altogether friendly and congenial personality with everyone from the vendors, staff, guests, and everyone in between.

Working with Britny was better than anything I could have imagined! She swooped in to save us when another coordinator didn't work out. In the time leading up to our wedding Britny was very responsive, well organized, and kept us on track. She offered helpful suggestions along the way which saved us from stress during the wedding itself. During the wedding weekend, Britny was available for the rehearsal and all of our setup needs the day of the wedding. She somehow finds the perfect balance of stepping in and stepping back, offering advice and expertise when it's most needed, but also just getting things done that need doing. Britny perfectly understood our vision and vibe for the wedding and took care of so many of the little details so that we didn't have to worry about them. All aspects of our ceremony and reception were just how we imagined, and that could not have happened without Britny's amazing organizational skills and attention to detail. And on top of it she is kind, thoughtful, and truly enjoyable to work with.

Booking Sparks & Spoons was by far the best decision we made in our wedding process. We had most of our vendors booked and our venue had a coordinator, but our VT wedding was a destination wedding and I was single handedly doing everything myself. I knew I needed help! I had a vision that Kirsten and Wendy were able to make a reality. Not to mention the multiple times they were there to reassure me whenever I got overwhelmed. By the time our wedding weekend rolled around, I trusted them completely to handle every last detail, and they DELIVERED. We used Sparks & Spoons for our welcome drinks event as well as our wedding day. We also took full advantage of their amazing rentals. My husband and I hired Madison as our day of coordinator. We did not hire a florist and ended up doing a lot of DIY projects for our wedding decor. We really wanted a professional to help us with setup and take-down of decor on the wedding day, so as not to burden our family/friends and take them away from the event to help. Madison was so friendly in the months leading up to the wedding and offered us lots of helpful advice on things we didn't even think to prepare for, like arranging seating charts and timing of processional songs. Our original venue coordinator ended up having to move away just a couple weeks before our wedding day, and Madison took the lead in syncing with the new venue coordinator on all the things we'd talked about. This really helped us out and took a load off our plate in those last few weeks before the wedding! The day of, she came early to the venue and, like a fairy godmother, had incorporated all of our decorations beautifully before we even arrived, so we were able to take lots of photos beforehand! Throughout the event, she cleverly found ways to repurpose some of our decor items to give them a second life, like setting reception flower arrangements along the room's bookshelves to dress them up for the ceremony, making a beautiful display with our ceremony roses and boutonnieres on our memory table, and using me and my bridesmaids' bouquets to create a beautiful sweetheart table arrangement! We were so incredibly thrilled with how well Madison and her team were able to follow our vision and exceed our expectations. A final sweet memory I have from near the end of the night - my hair was getting very tangled with my dress buttons on my back from dancing, and I was overheating and sweaty. Madison and her team arranged my hair into a beautiful low bun style so I could go back and have fun dancing again without worrying about it tangling further or looking bad. :) I'm so thankful we hired Madison as our day of coordinator, and we can't recommend her enough!!

I knew that Rachel was going to be amazing but she absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. It was really hard planning a wedding on the opposite side of the country but Rachel was the miracle lifeline I needed. When my MIL injured herself the day before the wedding, it was easy to start sliding into a downward spiral of panic but Rachel was there to offer help and reassurance. Showcase Events is a also full service party rental company serving New Hampshire & Western Maine. We offer a full line of top quality tents, tables, farm tables, chairs, dance floors, lighting, place settings, linens, catering equipment and more.

We used Showcase Events Rentals for our wedding on 9-22-23. Our experience was great; their selection of rentals was vast their prices were fair consistent in comparison to other local rental companies. We found that Showcase had the best looking best priced farm tables, which fit out aesthetic perfectly. We specifically chose Showcase because they came highly recommended by our venue for their quality, set up clean up services, month-of coordinator, Sheena. 10/10 recommend. We were very excited to utilize their month-of coordinating services. To no fault of her own, we didn’t really utilize Sheena’s coordinating help too much the actual month-of (we had pretty much everything ready to go a few months in advance we took care of final communications with vendors ahead of time), so I can’t speak to her level of involvement in that sense. However, Sheena was very responsive to our emails from the time we booked our rentals (9 months in advance) she was very helpful with coordinating the rehearsal, setting up the venue the morning of, helping facilitate the smoothest, most stress-free day possible. She was super prepared during our check-in phone call, and we were confident in her ability to handle anything that came up so that we wouldn’t have to! She even purchased several cases of High Noons for us DURING our reception when we unexpectedly ran out! She was fantastic. Sheena worked with 2 other coordinators that day, Kim Kat. Kat was a HUGE help at the start of the ceremony – she helped hold my dress’s train keep me hidden from the guests during the bridal party processional. She has a very calming presence talked me through each moment leading up to my entrance, pointing out my *now* husband escorting his mom down the aisle, pointing out my dad, reassuring me that all those jitters I was feeling in that moment would soon go away the moment I saw my husband at the end of the aisle. She was so right, it was very special to be able to share those moments with someone as sweet as her.

We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I used Haylee as our day of coordinator for our wedding on September 13th and we had an amazing experience! Haylee genuinely enjoys what she does and you will pick up on that from your first phone call with her. From late night texts to extra meetings to help us navigate a massive caterer issue she had our backs! There were so many small details we would have never thought of but of course Haylee had it covered and made sure we didn't miss anything. The day of the wedding she absolutely nailed our decor set up and it was better than I could have ever imagined. She will keep your bridal party and vendors on track and you can tell that her main goal is to make sure you have the best day of your life! Brittany was absolutely incredible, and hiring her as our final-detail wedding planner was hands down the best decision I made during the entire planning process. From the very beginning, Brittany went above and beyond. She helped me with everything from choosing my wedding dress to managing tailoring timelines, and she made sure I had every detail booked and organized well in advance. Even though we were planning from different states, Brittany made it seamless with thoughtful coordination calls and constant communication. Distance was never an issue. In the week leading up to the wedding, she truly came through. Brittany joined me at the venue for a full walkthrough, helped set up our archways, and coordinated flawlessly with all of our vendors. When my hair stylist unexpectedly canceled, Brittany stepped in immediately and saved the day by helping with both my hair and my mom’s—something I will forever be grateful for. She didn’t stop there. The day after the wedding, Brittany also helped coordinate and execute a beautiful brunch for our guests at our home, allowing us to relax and actually enjoy time with everyone. Brittany is calm, organized, kind, and incredibly capable under pressure. Having her by my side made the entire experience stress-free and joyful. I truly can’t imagine our wedding without her, and I would recommend her to anyone planning their big day.
