Beyond day-of planning: simply exceptional!
From the moment we started working with Jamie, it was clear that she was the right fit for us: her expertise in the wedding industry and her attention to detail were exactly what we were looking for; her positive, fun, and can-do personality made it all the more pleasant to work with her. Long before our wedding day, she invested so much time getting to know our plans, working around our schedule, answering questions, coordinating with our vendors, and thinking through every scenario so nothing would be left to chance. Because of all of her preparation, our wedding day ran smoothly and stress-free (she even helped me get into my wedding gown when one of the snaps wouldn’t work!) We were able to be fully present with our family and friends, and we actually received a number of compliments from our guests on how perfect everything was. Jamie is organized, thoughtful, calm under pressure, and was genuinely invested in making our day everything we wanted. She anticipated things I would never have thought to consider, and we felt completely taken care of. In short, hiring Jamie was one of the best decisions we made throughout our entire wedding planning process. She gave us the peace of mind knowing that everything was in the most capable hands, and I cannot recommend Jamie and Louisa & Co. highly enough!!

Excellent Planner and Communicator
We had a great experience working with Jamie and would highly recommend her to anyone planning a wedding. Throughout the entire planning process, she was incredibly organized, communicative, and on top of every detail. She kept us on track, coordinated with vendors, answered questions quickly, and helped make what could have been a stressful process feel manageable. We always felt like we knew what was coming next and what we needed to be focused on. One of the things we appreciated most was her ability to understand the vision we had for our wedding and help bring it to life. She had great ideas, provided helpful guidance when decisions needed to be made, and kept everything moving forward. Our wedding day itself came with some major challenges thanks to hurricane-force winds and constantly changing conditions. While it certainly wasn’t the day anyone had planned for, Jamie worked hard to adapt and coordinate all of the moving pieces as plans changed throughout the day. Looking back, we’re especially grateful for all of the work she put in during the months leading up to the wedding. Her organization, communication, vendor coordination, and attention to detail made a huge difference, and we couldn’t have pulled off the wedding we envisioned without her help.

It’s a no brainer, hire Jamie and her team
Jamie is a true professional. If you’re considering a planner or a day of coordinator and you’re lucky enough she’s available, it’s a no brainer, hire her. Jamie made our big day so much more enjoyable by lifting the weight off our shoulders. We had a very involved reception with upwards of 10-15 separate vendors and Jamie flawlessly coordinated the entire night to perfection. We were able to enjoy our night from beginning to end knowing we were in good hands. Before the event she made herself available for multiple video meetings and was very communicative to insure she knew exactly how we wanted the day to go. Jamie is an amazing human being.

Flawless Wedding Day Thanks to Jamie
My husband and I had the most amazing experience working with Jamie. We only had a 3 month engagement, so it was crunch time pretty much the entire time we were planning. We hired Jamie 2 months prior to the wedding, and she made everything so stress free. Anything we asked of her, she was more than happy to do, and if she didn’t have the answer right away, she would find out and get back to us in a very timely manner. I did all the decorating myself, and Jamie had some great ideas to help me execute my day. While she kept things professional, she also felt like a friend. Her kind spirit and go getter attitude was so great to have on the day of our wedding. She handled EVERYTHING the day of the wedding and everything ran so smoothly. Everything that needed to be done the day of was in the perfect spot just where I asked her to put things, and she ran the event flawlessly. She was in contact with all my vendors and she worked out all the details with them so I wouldn’t have to which was the biggest help. My husband and I did not know what to expect going into planning, but Jamie and her team exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for someone to help you plan your wedding, I would say stop looking you have found your girl. Jamie’s assistant was also amazing and just as pleasant. I highly recommend working with Jamie and her team, and I would 100% hire her again for another event. Best experience

Jamie and her team are incredible
To say Jamie is incredible is an understatement. Having Jamie as our wedding coordinator allowed us to enjoy our wedding to the fullest. She worked with us prior to the date to ensure all our i’s were dotted and our t’s were crossed, eased our stress and made the most perfect event timeline. I can’t imagine our wedding without her help, guidance and expertise. Even our vendors couldn’t stop complimenting her professionalism, organization and kindness! If you are looking for a wedding planner and coordinator, look no further! I would recommend Jamie to everyone.
