For couples who have planned their celebration and are ready to hand over the final details. Beginning eight weeks before the wedding, we step in to coordinate vendors, finalize timelines, manage logistics, and oversee your wedding day from start to finish. Offered on a limited basis for weddings taking place within six months of booking.

    Highly recommend Brittany!!

    We had an amazing experience with Brittany as our wedding planner. She is the perfect balance of kind and no-nonsense! Her taste and eye for design is unmatched.     Best hire of our wedding

    From our very first conversation with Brittany, we felt completely at ease — and that says a lot, considering I struggled to connect to our very first intro call! She was warm, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic from the start, and that feeling carried through the entire planning process and all the way through our wedding day. Throughout the planning process, Brittany was thoughtful, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She shared practical tips, anticipated details we hadn’t thought of, and connected us with vendors who were a great fit for our vision. On our wedding day, Brittany handled every detail with ease and professionalism. Her organization and attention to detail meant nothing fell through the cracks and my husband and I were able to fully enjoy the event.     Book her!!

    We are SO glad we booked Brittany for our wedding late June 2026. She was the best money we spent the on whole day. She made the wedding planning process fun and eased out anxiety often while trying to navigate all the chaos. I miss talking to Brittany her infectious attitude made the whole planning process easier. She was there every step planning process and shared so much knowledge. The wedding day went so smoothly! Truly the best day of our lives and all thanks to Brittany and her team. She made us feel comfortable that everything was taken care of and to just relax and enjoy our day.     The Best Wedding Planner Ever.

    If you want a wedding planner that feels more like a best friend helping you plan a wedding rather than a stranger coordinating the big day then you’re going to want to hire Brittany. From the very first meeting all the way up until our wedding, Brittany was there helping me with every detail. Honestly, I’m sad the wedding is over because I wish I still had a reason to keep meeting with her. Brittany S. Events was our Day Of Wedding Coordinator, but that doesn’t even begin to cover the role she played in our wedding. She took what could be a stressful experience and helped make it one that I actually enjoyed the process of planning. She listened to my ideas, answered any and all questions, and truly brought the vision I didn’t even know I had to life. She worked seamlessly with all of our vendors, handled every detail of the wedding day and made it all look easy in the process. Honestly I don’t have enough words to explain how much I enjoyed working with Brittany and her team, I’d go through the wedding planning process all over again just to work with her.     The Perfect Collaboration

    Working with Brittany was such a joy from start to finish. She brought together an incredible team and created a vision that was so romantic and thoughtfully layered! From the garden-inspired table to the linens, specialty cocktails and champagne tower, every detail told a story, and everything came together so seamlessly. I loved being part of it as both florist and stationer, and I can’t wait to work together again!

We offer two thoughtfully designed services: Planning & Design, starting at $16,000, and Wedding Management, starting at $10,000. Planning & Design is a comprehensive, hands-on experience where we lead the planning, design, vendor coordination, and logistics. Wedding Management is for couples who prefer to plan independently but want professional guidance along the way and an experienced team to manage the final details and wedding day.
The biggest difference is who leads the planning process. With Planning & Design, we take the lead, managing vendors, budgets, design, timelines, and planning milestones while keeping you involved in the decisions that matter most. With Wedding Management, you lead the planning independently, with access to our professional advice and email guidance upon booking. Three months before the celebration, we take over vendor communication, logistics, and execution.
The earlier, the better! We intentionally accept a limited number of weddings each year, so reaching out early is always encouraged. Our Planning & Design service can begin at different stages of the process, whether you've just booked your venue or already have several vendors secured. Wedding Management includes email guidance upon booking, with formal coordination beginning three months prior.
Yes. Both of our services are designed for couples who have already secured their wedding venue. Whether you've just booked your venue or have already made progress with your vendor team, we'll help determine the service and level of support that best fits your needs.
Rather than separating full and partial planning into different packages, we offer one comprehensive Planning & Design experience tailored to where you are in the process. We'll review what's already been accomplished, identify what remains, and develop a personalized approach based on your wedding's needs, complexity, and planning timeline.
Absolutely! Design is an integral part of our Planning & Design service. From creative direction, color palettes, florals, and tabletop selections to floor plans, rentals, and styling, we consider how every detail works together to create a cohesive celebration and exceptional guest experience. Wedding Management does not include comprehensive design development, although we're happy to provide professional guidance as you make your own design decisions.
Of course! We love collaborating with talented professionals throughout New England, whether they're part of our trusted network or new to us. With Planning & Design, we'll review your existing vendor team and assist with any remaining selections. With Wedding Management, vendor booking remains client-led, with professional recommendations available along the way.
