Hi, I'm Jen! Thanks so much for visiting Brickoven Catering! I have wanted to own a catering company since I was 18 years old, and in August 2020 that dream became a reality in Brickoven Catering. I graduated from Johnson & Wales in 2006 with a bachelors in Business Management Culinary Arts. From there I have worked in fine dining, bartending, catering, and have basically dipped my toes into every aspect of the Food & Beverage industry.

Contact me about creating a signature pizza for the Bride & Groom (think signature drink, but PIZZA). Or being your late night snack option at the end of your reception. I'm available to cater your next corporate event, wedding, minimony, microwedding, and everything in between!

    Jenn and her team were awesome! They were prompt and helpful when it came to figuring out our menu and how the day was going to go. Not to mention the pizza our guests and us are still raving about! What a fun and great way to celebrate our wedding with our favorite food!
