Francesco's career has led him all over the world including Italy, France and as the head chef for numerous top catering companies around Boston! Francesco takes pride on hand selecting the freshest ingredients and seasoning each menu item to perfection so that the natural flavors shine! What set's us apart from other Boston Caterers is our philosophy to put the care and dedication into each event only taking on 1 -3 events per week so that we can focus on the quality of our events vs the quantity of events each week. ​ ​

We truly take pride in the quality of the product we provide. We do not get any menu ingredients delivered to our kitchen! Chef Francesco goes out, himself, and hand selects each and every vegetable, meat, fish, produce from all different markets to ensure the freshest and best quality ingredients! We prep all of our menu items from scratch 1-2 days prior to each and every event! Our executive chef is the one to season all menu items, which lends itself providing our clients an extremely consistent product!​​ ​ ​
