From the moment we first spoke to Marco at MCL Custom Caterers, we knew we were in good hands. They communicated seamlessly with us, the dessert vendor, and the team at Harding Allen Estate to ensure every detail was taken care of. Marco put together an amazing menu for us, and the food tasting only reinforced our confidence in their capabilities. On the day of the wedding, Marco's staff was excellent - they were extremely professional, efficiently serving and clearing tables all evening. Everyone loved the food, and we were amazed at the incredible value, as the quality far exceeded what we expected to pay. Marco also made sure the leftover food was neatly boxed up, so there was no waste. Thank you so much, MCL Custom Caterers, for making our daughter's wedding day truly amazing!

Marco and the team at MCL Custom Caterers were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the start, Marco's communication was informative and he provided excellent guidance on how to best serve our large wedding reception of 200 guests. The quality of their work and the food they provided was simply superior - everything was delicious and their staff was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire event. Marco truly made our wedding reception a huge success, and we highly recommend MCL Custom Caterers to any couple planning their special day.

Marco is not only extremely talented but he and his staff are professional, flexible and personable. My first experience with MCL was at a baby shower. The host ordered sirloin, salmon, tossed salad, and sides. The food arrived piping hot with plenty of backups ready for replenishing the quickly-emptied pans. Since then, we have hired MCL many times. Working with Marco has always been easy, as he is flexible and has a great staff to support him whenever details have changed last minute. I definitely would recommend for all your catering and bartending needs!
