Drawing from Kolhapuri, Indian, Italian-American, and fusion influences. With experience in both high-volume kitchens and weddings of all sizes, we execute with consistency, timing, and attention to detail. We also understand event flow beyond the kitchen, prioritizing communication and guest experience. The result is food that is intentional, seamless, and designed to stand out.

What inspired me most about this wedding was the opportunity to create something intentional within real constraints. We were working out of a very small kitchen, serving a large guest count, and coordinating across multiple moving parts. Instead of limiting the experience, it pushed us to be more precise and thoughtful in how we executed everything. The menu itself became a reflection of that. It blended different influences in a way that still felt cohesive and approachable for guests, while also being realistic to produce at scale. Every decision from portioning to service flow had to balance quality, efficiency, and consistency. What stood out to me was how collaborative the entire process was. From planning through execution, there was a shared focus on making sure the experience felt seamless for the guests, even if a lot was happening behind the scenes. At the end of the day, it reinforced something I value in catering: good food is important, but how it’s executed such as timing, coordination, and adaptability is what truly defines the experience.

Amazing food and service!!!
Working with Desai Delicacies was such a pleasure from start to finish. Desai Delicacies truly strives to cater with care and produce dishes that are consistently high-quality. They take things a step further by working with you to develop an order that suits your needs and your desired palate. I’ve never met a caterer who took such care to connect and communicate effectively to ensure that the feast for your event is thoroughly enjoyed by all–they are always willing to include dishes with allergens and food sensitivities in mind when requested!
