You should choose Simple Fare!

We loved Simple Fare! I don't write reviews unless I truly mean it. The food was absolutely delicious, working with them was so easy, communication was constant, and I sometimes felt like Maeghan was my second Wedding Coordinator. She had so many good ideas and always kept our vision and most importantly (to us), our budget in mind! She helped us organize our floor plan in a way that kept things running smooth and kept people partying - for example, coffee and desserts on the edge of the dance floor to keep people dancing all night! As someone who had no idea where to begin planning, I appreciated every bit of guidance Maeghan provided. Our venue had a list of preferred caterers but we specifically went off-list so we could work with Simple Fare! Because they were not pre-approved, there were some additional hoops to jump through, but Maeghan and Candice and everyone at Simple Fare went above and beyond to make sure everything was covered and that the process was smooth on our end. Truly no extra steps were added for us. Candice was our on-site event manager and went the extra mile to make sure our dinner service ran smoothly. She coordinated tables for the buffet so there was never a line, and stopped by our sweetheart table multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted! The bartenders and servers did an amazing job and seemed to be having a great time during the reception, which in turn made all the guests have an even better time! Who says you can't have fun while doing your job, you know? Everyone raved about the food, and I can attest it was delicious. Get the short rib!!! And the stuffed mushrooms and oatmeal raisin cookies :) I'd recommend their food and service to anyone planning an event!

Maeghan was so helpful and patient with us not knowing what we were doing and changing our minds throughout the planning phases. When I had questions I could always count on her getting back to me within a day, often the same day. The staff that were on site the day of the wedding were phenomenal; professional, kind, and EFFICIENT. I didn't get a chance to interact with them too much as I was losing my mind most of the day. We arrived late to the venue and they were already there; had tidied up the things we'd left out from setup the night before and were setting tables for us. They kept things running smoothly the whole day and went well beyond what I expected for clean up. I was too wound up and anxious to eat at all, but the guests all said the food was excellent. The only complaint I have is that clean-up may have been TOO efficient, we had to go hunting for boxes afterwards! :)

Maeghan was so helpful with our recent event. Everyone enjoyed the food, and those with dietary restrictions especially appreciated it! Erica and Diego were so helpful, patient, and pleasant to work with. They took great pride in their work, and it showed. We would highly recommend them and use their services again!

Simple fare catered a rehearsal dinner for our family and I am SO glad that we chose them! Our sales director Maeghan worked with me to make sure everything was in place so that our family could just enjoy the evening. Simple fare took care of our liquor license for the venue, all off the food, beverages, setup and breakdown. Maeghan made suggestions for the menu (delicious!) and helped us choose items that could meet multiple allergies and preferences. The whipped feta and chili crisp dip on our appetizer board was by far my favorite, but all of the food was enjoyable, hot, and plentiful. Our day-of manager, Candice, was so friendly, and her team worked efficiently and expertly throughout the evening. I will absolutely choose simple fare again in the future for my next party!

We worked with Simple Fare for our wedding a month ago and they knocked it out of the park. They were super responsive throughout the planning process, and then provided wonderful, warm service—and most importantly, yummy food—on the day of. If any hiccups came up behind the scenes we never found out! From our perspective, everything ran perfectly smoothly, allowing us to focus 100% on just enjoying the day. They also offered an incredibly competitive price point for their services. We highly recommend Simple Fare and are so glad we worked with them.
