About Wicked Good Wood Fired Pizza & Catering

Wicked Good Wood Fired Pizza & Catering

900°F Oven, Artisan Pies, Unforgettable Experience

Forget the banquet chicken. We bring the wood-fired pizza experience right to your wedding. Wicked Good Wood Fired Pizza & Catering is a family-run mobile catering company based in Milton, NH. Our blazing 900°F wood-fired oven turns out handcrafted, blistered-crust pizzas in under 3 minutes — and your guests will be talking about it for years. We start with our signature honey-infused artisanal dough, gourmet toppings, and a genuine love of good food. Choose from our house specialties — Classic Margherita, White Pizza, Chicken Bacon Ranch, Pulled Pork BBQ, and Hawaiian — or let us create a custom signature pie just for your wedding.

A full wedding package can include: • Unlimited artisan wood-fired pizzas • Fresh salad station with seasonal ingredients • Elegant charcuterie & grazing boards for cocktail hour • Appetizer stations and small bites • Full setup, buffet service, plates, napkins, and flatware. Our all-you-can-eat buffet comfortably serves micro-weddings up to 150 guests. Hosting more? We are a perfect specialty food station for larger celebrations too. Gluten-free crust, dairy-free cheese, vegetarian, and vegan options are available.

Robin and Michael’s October wedding at The Everlee in Acton, Maine reminded me why I love what I do. This wasn’t a first wedding for either of them — it was a second chapter, a celebration of two lives, two families, and two coasts coming together. Michael grew up in Maine. Robin is from Arizona. They met out west and built their life there, but when it came time to celebrate, they wanted to come home to Michael’s roots. That decision alone inspired me. For Robin’s family and friends — many of whom had never set foot in New England — flying into peak leaf season meant stepping off the plane and into a landscape painted in red, gold, and amber. You could feel the wonder of it in the air all weekend. What inspired me most was how Robin and Michael approached the menu. They didn’t want fussy or formal — they wanted food that felt like a celebration and put everyone at ease, no matter which coast they’d flown in from. We built the spread around a charcuterie cocktail hour, our wood-fired pizzas straight from the 900°F oven, and a decadent lobster mac and cheese that Robin’s Arizona family is still talking about. Catering Robin and Michael’s wedding reminded me that the best celebrations aren’t about perfection — they’re about people. Blending families, honoring where you’ve been, and welcoming everyone to the table. That’s the kind of wedding I’ll always feel lucky to be part of.
