Timber Trail Mobile Bar was created with one goal: to make the bar at your wedding feel like part of the experience, not just a place to grab a drink. Based in New Hampshire and serving weddings and events throughout New England, Timber Trail brings professional bartending, thoughtfully crafted cocktails, and a fun, welcoming atmosphere straight to your celebration. I’m Brianna, the owner and bartender behind Timber Trail. After years of working in the wedding industry as a photographer, I’ve seen firsthand how much the little details and the right vendors can shape a wedding day. I wanted to create a bar service that’s beautiful, easy for couples, and genuinely fun for their guests.

Timber Trail isn’t a one-size-fits-all bartending service. Your bar menu is built around your celebration, with signature cocktails, mocktails, beer and wine service, and plenty of ways to make it your own. What really sets Timber Trail apart is my background in the wedding industry. As a wedding photographer, I understand timelines, vendor coordination, guest flow, and how quickly a wedding day moves.     Timber Trail Mobile Bar made our wedding day so much easier from start to finish. They were punctual and straightforward to work with throughout the planning process, which meant we could focus on other details. On the day of, they kept drinks flowing for our guests without us having to ask, and they seemed to know what people wanted before they even ordered. The quality of their drinks was excellent and everything tasted delicious. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting the bar service, and we felt confident that everyone was taken care of. Timber Trail is a dry-hire mobile bar, meaning you provide the alcohol and we provide the bartending service, mixers, garnishes, bar supplies, and everything included in your selected package. We’ll also help you determine what and how much to purchase based on your guest count and menu, so you’re not figuring it out alone!

Your package includes the appropriate number of professional bartenders based on the guest count it is designed to accommodate. Larger events or more complex bar setups may require additional staffing.
Absolutely! Creating a drink menu that feels personal to your celebration is one of our favorite parts. We can help you choose cocktails and mocktails, come up with fun names, and determine the ingredients you’ll need to purchase.
Timber Trail is based in New Hampshire and available for weddings and events throughout New England. Travel fees may apply depending on your venue location. Because alcohol and bartending regulations vary by state and venue, some events may require additional permits, licenses, or fees in order for us to legally provide service. Any applicable requirements and costs will be discussed with you before booking so there are no surprises!
Yes! Every package includes signature mocktail options, and we love creating drinks that feel just as intentional and fun as the cocktails. Additional non-alcoholic beverages and soft drinks are available depending on your package.
Yes! If the service time included in your package doesn’t quite fit your wedding timeline, additional bartending hours can be added. We can help you determine the amount of coverage that makes the most sense for your day.
We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your wedding date and venue secured, especially for popular spring, summer, and fall dates. Availability is first come, first served, but don’t hesitate to reach out for last-minute events too!
