Our Renovated Vintage Horse Trailer Bar makes the perfect aesthetic addition to outdoor wedding events and our Portable Bar Station is a great option for indoor weddings and smaller events. Bar service is provided by our friendly and knowledgable TIPS Alcohol Safety Certfied bartenders. Whether you’re planning your wedding bar service, engagement party, Jack & Jill party, or rehearsal dinner, The Wander Bar is here to help you shake things up. Some Bar Trailer dates are available for 2026 Weddings and books are now open for 2027 Wedding dates.

    The Wander Bar was such an amazing addition to my daughter's wedding. They were incredibly professional throughout the entire event, yet also knew how to create a fun and lively atmosphere that perfectly complemented the celebration. The bartenders were knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure every guest's drink order was prepared promptly and with care. Their selection of beverages was impressive, and they were able to accommodate all of our guests' preferences. I would highly recommend The Wander Bar to any couple looking for top-notch bar services that will elevate their wedding day experience.

When The Wander Bar manages your bar service you can expect an experience that is fun, professional, and personalized to you and your event. We take pride in entertaining our guests and making the drinks you and your guests enjoy. We treat all hosts and party guests with kindness and respect, and appreciate the kindness and respect shown to us and our bartenders from you and your partygoers. We will always do our best to listen, accommodate, and communicate with you and your guests. We handle everything pertaining to your event bar service so you can sit back, relax, and actually enjoy your party.
The Wander Bar does not provide alcohol for events due to state liquor laws in which prohibit all mobile bartenders from legally providing alcohol without a brick and mortar establishment. Instead, we use a common practice referred to as ‘dry hire bartending’, where we provide all other bar essentials and prepare/serve your alcohol at events. After a full consultation, we provide clients with a detailed list of what alcohol to purchase based on what's needed for the event's bar service. This is beneficial to our customers as they are able to purchase all alcohol at cost and own any unused alcohol which they can return or do with as they like.
The Wander Bar handles all of the necessities for a foolproof full event bar service. When you work with The Wander Bar you won’t need to worry about forgetting a thing as we supply our decorative portable bar set up, coolers, ice, bar tools, mixers, garnishes, cupware, napkins, straws, and anything else that may be needed to host your perfect bar service. All you need to do is purchase and bring the required alcohol following our detailed list that’s created based on our in-depth consultation with you about your unique event.
The Wander Bar is a full event bartending service which provides all of its own mixers for cocktails, garnishes, and supplies, all of which are built into our pricing. While we are happy to work with you to include any requests for specialty items, we also want to ensure that your event's bar service is perfect by providing the correct amount and type of bar supplies and mixers needed. For this reason, we kindly request that you allow us to provide our own trusted supplies and mixers.
The Wander Bar is a New Hampshire based event bartending service that provides bartending service to the greater New England area including Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont. After 50 miles from our HQ in Manchester, New Hampshire we do request a travel fee of $1 per mile to help offset the cost additional time, gas, and tolls incurred due to additional travel time. The Wander Bar can also provide service to other areas upon special request, please contact us directly for more details.
The Wander Bar provides our event bartending service to all kinds of events. Including but not limited to: Weddings, Birthday Parties, Holiday Parties, Corporate Events, Bridal Parties, Engagement Events, Bachelor/Bachelorette parties, Baby Showers, Retirement Parties, Anniversaries, and many more. Yes, The Wander Bar has a creative menu of tasty and aesthetically pleasing mocktails that can be made in place of alcoholic cocktails for events. Our specialty event mocktails can be fully customized to match your event and taste. We also offer non-alcoholic add-on services such as our hydration station and our tea & coffee station for events.
Yes, The Wander Bar is fully insured for each event with both liquor liability and general liability insurance. We are able to provide a certificate of insurance or COI for any event upon request.
The Wander Bar provides only mobile bartending and beverage services for events. We do however have food vendors and caterers that we have worked with and which we highly recommend.
There is no minimum amount of guests required to receive bartending service from The Wander Bar, though we do have a minimum charge of $650 per event. There is no set maximum amount of guests to which The Wander Bar will provide event bartending services. However, we do kindly ask that those booking large events do so at least three months prior to event date.
Yes!!! The Wander Bar loves our friends in the LGBTQ+ community and would never discriminate from servicing any celebration of happiness and love.
Gratuity for bartenders is not automatically included with your service from The Wander Bar. Instead, bartenders will have a tastefully decorated tip jar located on the bar where guests may leave cash tips or scan QR code to tip through Venmo or Cash App. If you would prefer to opt out of a tip jar at your event, a 20% gratuity can be added to event cost which will be split between bartenders working your event in lieu of visible tip jar.
Yes, The Wander Bar requires a 50% non-refundable deposit upon finalized booking of any event, with the other 50% being due 14 days prior to event date. There is no additional cancellation fee other than loss of initial non-refundable retainer deposit.
