Merrimack Media is a documentary-style video production company based in Greater Lowell run by me, Emily Hogan: an Emerson-trained filmmaker who's spent years telling real stories for real people. I shoot weddings the way I shoot everything: looking for the honest, unscripted moments, not just the posed ones. What I love most is turning a single day into a story a couple will want to watch for the rest of their lives.

I'm not chasing trends, I'm chasing your story. As a filmmaker with a documentary background, I focus on capturing genuine emotion and connection rather than staged, cookie-cutter shots. When you work with Merrimack Media, you work directly with me, Emily, from our first conversation through your final film. I don't outsource or hand your day off to a stranger; everything stays in-house, which means more personal attention, a consistent creative vision, and a filmmaker who actually knows your story. I shoot on cinema-grade gear so your film looks and sounds as rich as the day felt.
