Amanda is an energetic & innovative event producer with 10 years of experience in corporate and social events, weddings, brand activations, and creative marketing solutions. After graduating, she joined Boston magazine’s marketing & events team, where she managed events of all sizes from issue launch parties, expert speaker panels, fitness class series, store openings, food festivals, and more. Since leaving the magazine, she has supported countless productions, from corporate meetings & retreats, luxury weddings, non-profit galas, and beyond.

Best Private Property Wedding Planner
Amanda is a game-changer! She brought our vision to life, managed every detail flawlessly, and gave us the freedom to truly enjoy our wedding. We cannot recommend her enough. Working with Amanda was the best decision we made for our private property wedding. She is creative, organized, resourceful, and incredibly professional. With a high EQ and genuine care, she truly wanted us to have our very best day. What impressed us most was her ability to balance big-picture vision with the tiniest details. She solved problems before we even knew they existed, brought fantastic taste and proactive ideas, and managed vendors, negotiations, timelines, and family expectations in a way that completely blew us away. She also took the time to deeply understand who we are and what we wanted, ensuring our wedding was personal and unique, not cookie-cutter. On the wedding weekend, Amanda and her team were calm, professional, and on top of every detail. Many guests commented on how relaxed and stress-free we seemed as the bride and groom, but that was only possible because Amanda had every moving piece under control. When I even got a stain on my dress, she immediately appeared with stain remover and had it fixed within minutes. We will forever be grateful to her, and we could not recommend her more highly.
You need Amanda at your wedding!
People kept telling me that I needed a day-of coordinator, and I didn't understand why. But it turns out not only did I need a day-of coordinator, I needed it to be Amanda. She not only made sure that nothing fell through the cracks, she also approached everything with the most calming demeanor. We had a couple of planning calls which were critical to making sure that we weren't missing anything and that we were mapping out the timeline appropriately. On the wedding day, she took care of all of the little details that I hadn't even considered and made sure everything stayed on schedule across the many vendors. When we forgot to bring a guest book, Amanda somehow magically made one appear. I needed Amanda at my wedding, and you do too!
Simply the Best
Amanda is a consummate professional but was SO FUN. Her organization made it so I felt more grounded and confident after every planning meeting, and on the day she ran the show flawlessly. On the day I didn't have to think about a thing and she made everything work exactly as I had hoped. Can't recommend her enough!!
Couldn't Have Done It Without Her!
We had made it through most of the wedding planning process, but around three months out we realized we really wanted someone to help us with the final details and with our wedding day. Amanda was the first day of coordinator/planner we met with and we felt an instant connection! Amanda, was professional, well organized, and helped us with final details we hadn't even thought of. She made sure everyone on our wedding day ran smoothly! She was also incredibly supportive and made us feel celebrated and special through our entire time working with her. I can't recommend Amanda enough as a planner no matter what your planning needs may be!
