We truly can’t say enough about how incredible the team was. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was absolutely perfect. They attended nearly all of our vendor meetings, helped coordinate every last detail, and made sure all of our vendors were aligned and organized leading up to the big day. On the day itself, the team was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask, keeping everything on schedule, and ensuring we could relax and enjoy every moment. Their professionalism, calm presence, and genuine care made all the difference. We couldn’t have done it without the Events by Sorrell team. Sorrell Downing is the ultimate wedding planner every step of the way. Her organization, vendor contacts and keeping everything on track helped us book a large wedding in 6 months. Sorrell was there each step of the way to coordinate with vendors, the venue and ensure everyone was on the same page. She was open and honest on what we need and what we didn’t need to meet our wedding vision. On the day of the wedding, Sorrell and her team ensured every little detail was perfect and it was. They went above and beyond to ensure the the flow of the event went smoothly. Everyone had the best night. Sorrell and her team are the ultimate team of professionals to make your wedding day a dream come true. She is a calming presence throughout the planning process - Sorrell helped my sister and my best friend with their weddings and she has nailed it every time.
