With over 6 years in freelance artistry and 9 years working at a leading style bar, I’ve refined my expertise in blowouts and makeup for weddings, proms, media projects, baby showers.

    If I could give Marissa more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Marissa is incredibly talented and truly has an eye for enhancing each person’s unique features. My hair and makeup were everything I hoped for, and she made me feel absolutely beautiful on my wedding day. Her prices were also some of the best I found after getting multiple quotes, especially considering the amazing quality of her work. She was professional, kind, and even handled one of my wonderfully chaotic friends with so much patience and grace. I can’t recommend Marissa enough. If you’re looking for someone who will make you look and feel your absolute best, she’s the one!

    Warm, easygoing & amazing, lasting work

    Marissa is an absolute gem, and I couldn’t be happier with how my engagement photos turned out! What really stuck with me is how her work held up all day and beyond. My hair still looked amazing on the second day of the shoot, and my makeup stayed flawless and untouched well into that first night. That level of skill and care is honestly rare to find. Beyond the results, the whole experience with her was such a pleasure. Getting ready at 7am can be rough, but she walked in with so much warmth and energy that any early morning jitters disappeared instantly. I felt at ease with her right away, like we’d known each other for years, which made a real difference given how nerve-wracking picture day already feels. She really listened to the inspiration photos I shared and brought my vision to life better than I could have imagined. Through it all, I still looked and felt like myself, just an elevated version.     Great Artistry

    It was great collaborating with Marissa for my wedding makeup and hair. She came prepared, using the questionnaire I filled out beforehand, and worked with me from start to finish. She's a great listener and will also give you her best recommendations. My hair and makeup held out all night. I loved the end result and felt really good about everything! My friends, family, and other guests complimented my wedding look throughout the night. I'm very happy with my experience and recommend working with Marissa for your wedding! Thank you!

    Best hair and makeup!

    Marisa was amazing to work with! I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for hair and makeup. She did my elopement hair and makeup and it also included a trial. I wanted pretty natural makeup and it came out even more beautiful than I imagined. She also did an amazing job on my hair. She allowed me to choose exactly what I wanted but also gave me suggestions and it turned out perfect. I got so many compliments. Marisa was also very communicative about the day of the event and was prompt and extremely professional. Thank you so much, Marisa!

    M.J. is a delight!

    M.J. was the absolute best wedding beauty professional I could have asked for. From the very first consultation, her communication style was kind, clear, and considerate - she really took the time to understand my vision and what would make me feel most confident on my wedding day. Her skills are unparalleled, as she was able to seamlessly translate my ideas into a stunning hair and makeup look that felt true to myself. I've had my makeup done for various weddings, and M.J. is hands down the most talented stylist I've ever worked with. She's a true master at both hair and makeup, and has the ability to create a wide range of looks, from old Hollywood glam to a fresh, summery vibe. When I wasn't fully satisfied with the initial trial, she made sure to schedule another session to perfect the look. M.J.'s punctuality and perfectionist nature gave me complete peace of mind leading up to the big day, and I will be forever grateful for how beautiful and confident she helped me feel.
