    Our wedding would not have happened without our incredible coordinator, Amanda! My only regret is not hiring her sooner! We really didn’t have any expectations for a coordinator before reaching out to Pine Events. We thought we only needed someone to coordinate day-of, but looking back, I do not know what we would have done without Amanda’s help. She jumped on board as soon as we reached out and was incredibly warm, professional, and knowledgeable from the very beginning. Amanda helped us with every. single. element. of our wedding, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was addressed. I was very stressed when it came time to coordinate with all of our vendors and work out last minute details, and Amanda took everything on. There was not one text she did not answer, one number or measurement she did not know, or one item on her list that went unchecked. It was such an enormous relief having her there to take on the daunting tasks that I really could not have completed by myself. She is incredibly good at what she does and stepped in wherever we needed help. She hopped on many phone calls at odd hours to help us with any questions or ideas that came up (and there were a lot). Everyone in our circle was so impressed by how she was able to take the reins and execute such an elegant wedding. Most notably, two days before our wedding, one of our vendors put us in a difficult situation and we were worried we would not be able to find a replacement for our Labor Day weekend wedding in time. Amanda, while traveling to NYC for our wedding, found us two replacement vendors and helped us navigate the difficult situation with the vendor for several hours that day. I learned after my wedding that my mom even reached out to Amanda to help coordinate a surprise for me, and she was so grateful to have her help at the last minute. On the day of our wedding, Amanda did an incredible job of making sure everything ran smoothly, and was so hands-on the entire time. At the end of the night, we were genuinely sad that our time working together was up because we enjoyed it so much! She even wrote us a beautiful handwritten card, which was such a sweet and personal gesture! I am so grateful for everything Amanda did to make our wedding so perfect. Everyone had an amazing time, and having someone as reliable and experienced as her made wedding planning so much easier. I cannot recommend Pine Events enough. I really cannot imagine how our wedding would have turned out without Amanda’s attention to detail and professionalism. Thank you so, so much!

    Truly, we do not know what we would have done without Jessica and the whole Pine Events team: we came to them crushed by the enormity of wedding planning and they acted swiftly to alleviate our stress and help bring our dream wedding to life. We had VERY specific ideas in mind for our ceremony and reception (including a fully choreographed musical performance!) and not only did they help us realize our vision to glorious effect, they encouraged us to go further with our vision than we thought possible. Extremely communicative, incredibly knowledgeable of vendors and venues, and an overall port in the storm. Do yourself a favor and get them on your team. We promise you, you won't regret it.

    Jessica and Pine Events Co. helped us plan a perfect wedding day. We hired them late in the game and they totally saved our butts! They were super organized and never missed a beat, and they compiled an amazingly comprehensive day-of binder. We greatly appreciated their flexibility and their willingness to incorporate unique and oddball elements of our wedding design. Highly recommend 10/10.

    Hiring Jessica was hands down the best decision we made when planning our wedding. We both live busy, active lives with demanding careers and she meaningfully enhanced our quality of life during what could have been a very challenging period. She approached each task, whether large or small, with a positive attitude and executed to perfection. In particular, she was extremely helpful with our initial venue search - we had one month to find a venue and she helped us to funnel a long list to the venue of our dreams in a matter of weeks. We highly recommend Jessica for any of your wedding planning needs - she is excellent!
