Our planners are certified, through The Wedding Planner Society, the nation’s leading wedding certification program, and have over 20 years of various event production and wedding industry experience. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service, an enjoyable planning experience for all, and, most importantly, a stress-free wedding or event day regardless of budget or guest count.

    Amanda was so helpful in planning our wedding, and we felt more and more grateful to her expertise as the day got closer. Everyone told us how important it is to have a day of coordinator, so that is why we initially hired Amanda; however, we were beyond thankful that she was there for more than just the day-of. When inevitable changes happened along the way, Amanda was quick to communicate the new plans with all of our vendors and she navigated it all with ease. Amanda had connections with so many affordable vendors, and she was able to find us an amazing caterer for 1/3 the price of the quotes we got from the random caterers we reached out to on our own prior to hiring her. Our wedding was exactly as we dreamed, and we have Amanda and Emily, at Pine Events, to thank for helping make the day run so smoothly.

    Hire Amanda Hindle now! Seriously this was the best decision I made in the whole process (second to picking the groom). She was responsive, knowledgable, kind, organized, and reliable. Our wedding weekend went so amazingly thanks completely to her- 3 days of events and family and friends coming from all over and we truly could not have done it without her. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to my closest friends and family.

    Hiring Jessica and the Pine Events Co. team for design and planning was the best decision we made for our wedding! We got married at Brooklyn Steel in Williamsburg — a first for the venue — and from our very first meeting through the wedding day, Jessica completely understood our vision. She handled every twist and turn of vendor management with professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude. Every detail — from the timeline and floor plan to décor and vendor logistics — was executed flawlessly. Jessica and her team transformed a raw music venue into a stunning, one-of-a-kind wedding ceremony and reception space. She’s incredibly creative and resourceful, finding ways to bring our Pinterest vision board to life. For example, I had fallen in love with a floral tablecloth that was far outside our rental budget, and Jessica managed to source it herself — it became the centerpiece for our sweetheart table and the color inspiration for all our flowers and décor. The PEC team also designed beautiful displays for our merchandise stand (leaning into the concert theme) and our cards and gifts table, adding so many thoughtful touches throughout the day. Behind the scenes, Jessica and her team handled everything with such grace and professionalism that we were able to be fully present and enjoy the moment. Our family and friends couldn’t stop commenting on how seamless and magical everything felt! We can’t recommend Pine Events Co. enough — they made our dream wedding possible.

    From our very first meeting with Jess at Pine Events Co., my mind was immediately at ease. She is incredibly organized, methodical, and thoughtful in her approach, and I knew right away that our wedding was in good hands. Throughout the planning process, Jess and the PEC team consistently reassured us that we were on track and took every opportunity to keep things running smoothly. What truly stood out was how personal and intentional their service felt — our wedding never felt like “just another job” to them. Jess and her team genuinely cared about making our day special and went above and beyond to make it happen. When we first started looking for a planner, we honestly had no idea where to begin. We wanted someone who could guide us through the process, help us stay on budget, and bring our vision to life — and Pine Events Co. exceeded every expectation. Their organization was immaculate. Each meeting had a clear purpose, and our next steps were always easy to follow. Jess was quick to respond whenever we had questions and always helped us refocus on what mattered most to us. We also trusted the team with some creative freedom when it came to the setup and design — and they absolutely nailed it. From the seating chart to the table settings, every detail turned out even better than we imagined. Amanda worked seamlessly with our venue and all of our vendors, keeping everyone aligned and our timeline on track. The PEC team handled last-minute hiccups from third-party vendors like true pros, never showing a hint of stress. All of our other vendors had nothing but great things to say about working with Amanda. Because of PEC, we were able to be fully present and enjoy our wedding day knowing everything was handled. We’ll be forever grateful for the care, calm, and genuine joy they brought to such a meaningful day. 10/10 — if you’re on the fence about hiring a planner, Pine Events Co. is the best decision you can make.
