The Double Shot Project
We are a photo/video team that travels coast to coast to document your love in a candid, nostalgic, journalistic style. Whether it's a high-scale wedding in the city or an intimate elopement in the desert - we are here to capture your story in an authentic and beautiful way! We believe in building genuine connections and friendships with our couples because that trust shows through in the photographs and films we create together. What's most important to us is preserving your memories in a way that you remember what it felt like in that moment.
We bring a unique energy and flow into our work, and provide our couples with all-in-one experience for their wedding day without the need to find multiple vendors! Our services include digital/film/super 8/drone footage for a timeless, editorial, and nostalgic look. Based on our built friendship and knowledge of you and your partner, we guide you during photos to create a space where you can be yourself, evoke emotion, and let candid moments unfold naturally and beautifully.

SUPER 8 FILM

Super 8 film just has a rawness that we're completely drawn to for wedding films. It's the simplicity and nostalgia of the 8mm film that like us - draws many couples in who are looking for that "perfectly imperfect" way to remember their special day.

WHERE DO I BEGIN WITH CORAL
The best decision that we made for our wedding day was choosing Coral as our photographer. Not only did she take incredible photos for us, but she also kept us on schedule without stressing us out about the timeline and allowing us to have fun which is something we needed throughout our day. Coral has such a genuineness to her and immediately makes you feel comfortable in front of the camera. She delivered photos to us that show such raw emotion, love and genuine happiness. It is such a wonderful gift to be able to look at our wedding photos and feel the same emotions we did on our special day and Coral gave that to us. We had an excellent experience working with Coral for both our engagement and wedding photos. She was professional, organized, and incredibly easy to work with. From the start, she took the time to understand what we were looking for and helped guide us toward the style we wanted. Every shoot felt well planned and tailored to us. Although we were initially a bit uncomfortable in front of the camera, Coral made the process feel natural and brought out genuine emotion in every photo. We’re extremely happy with her work and grateful she captured such an important day for us.

Such an amazing experience working with Coral she captures the day just as you imagined and the special touch with Super 8 makes her essential to have! Me and my wife Cailin enjoyed having her be with us on our wedding day as she brings such a fresh and fun atmosphere to what could be a stressful day! Coral does a great job putting in the upmost detail and care into her work that proves to be evident when we received our video. Thank you very much Coral!
Exceptional team, perfect day!
Coral and her team were INCREDIBLE! We hired them for photography and videography for our wedding and we couldn’t have chosen a better team. Coral has an eye for capturing pure emotion. The photos make you feel like you are right back in the moment. I wore two distinctly different gowns (one was a traditional ivory ballgown, another a red, heavily embroidered Pakistani gown), and Coral captured both looks beautifully and effortlessly. My husband is comfortable in front of the camera, but the wedding was a very nerve wracking day for him- but everyone on The Double Shot Project team were so kind and made sure to match his vibe and uplift him any time they could. They also really took their time photographing him and his father with their project cars, which was a really special moment for them. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting just how sweet and fun her and her team were, and how they brought a bright and positive energy while always mindful of the people surrounding them (which is tricky to do when holding equipment). I could not recommend The Double Shot Project more! If you are looking for: -Documentary style photos with editorial portraits -True to color imagery -People that care about your vision -A team that works well with introverts and extroverts :) HIRE THEM!
