I’m Linda Fondulas, founder of Odyssey Events, a Vermont wedding planning and event company. I bring more than 20 years of hospitality and event experience to weddings and celebrations throughout Vermont. My husband, Chef Ted Fondulas, and I spent nearly three decades operating Hemingway’s, a nationally recognized restaurant in Killington, before bringing that same attention to service, timing, food, atmosphere, and guest experience to private events. Today, I work with destination couples, second-home owners, and Vermont clients on full-service wedding planning, month-of coordination, design, logistics, and on-site execution. I know Vermont, I know hospitality, and I know what it takes to make an event work beautifully behind the scenes.

My hospitality background shapes the way I approach wedding planning. I don’t simply coordinate vendors & create timelines; I think about the entire experience from the perspective of the couple & their guests. I anticipate problems before they become problems, understand the importance of timing & service, & pay attention to the details that keep an event relaxed rather than chaotic. Decades spent behind the scenes where timing, communication, staffing, & guest comfort matter enormously, have taught me what makes a celebration feel effortless.
