    best event camcorder experience!

    I used this company for two events recently and they were so easy to work with and created incredible final results. This isn't your average wedding vendor. They clearly put a lot of time, effort, and skill into editing a very cool, vibey highlight reel. And they make the whole process so simple and client-friendly. Highly recommend!

    The best!!

    Handheld Studio was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding video. From the start, their communication was fast, helpful, and dependable - they were always quick to respond to our questions and kept us updated every step of the way. The quality of their work was excellent, and they were incredibly well-organized in capturing all the special moments of our day. They even went above and beyond, helping us track a package that was delayed during a blizzard and creating a fantastic highlight video that perfectly captured the spirit of our wedding, incorporating music we had played at the event. We didn't even have to guide them on that - they just seemed to intuitively understand the vibe we were going for.     Amazing Way to Capture Wedding Memories

    My husband and I had a micro-wedding in NYC with just our family. While we hired a photographer, we decided not to hire a videographer because we were trying to keep the day as intimate, stress-free and low-cost as we could. However, we still wanted to have some video memories of the day so decided to try out Handheld Studio. We are so happy we did! The video footage is truly so special to us and captured so many moments we either didn't see or forgot! The footage reminds us of our old family videos in the best way possible. We also absolutely loved the highlight reel they created for us with the footage (they picked the perfect moments to summarize our weekend and then set it to the soundtrack of two of our favorite songs). The process was also so easy. We received the camera a few days before our wedding then passed it around at our rehearsal dinner party, while we were getting ready during the wedding day, at our ceremony and then during dinner while our family gave speeches. The day after our wedding, we mailed back the camera and left for our honeymoon. A few days after we returned from our honeymoon, Handheld Studio sent us the full video footage and the compilation video. So easy. And we are so happy to have these memories. Could not recommend more!

Reserve your Camcorder online and it arrives ready to record with everything you need! You film your celebration, then pack it back in the box and return it using the prepaid UPS label. Once we receive your camcorder, we download the footage, create your highlight video and share all of your raw footage to keep! It is an easy process designed to help you capture your day with personality and zero stress.
Simply choose your date and reserve your camcorder on our website. Your rental includes everything you need, plus a quick guide to get started! We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to confirm your date.
Yes! Each camcorder arrives ready to record. Just turn it on, press play and start capturing your celebration. No setup or special tech skills needed :)
You will receive the Camcorder, charger, extra battery, protective foam, a prepaid return label and a simple how to guide.
Within two weeks of us receiving the camera back, you will receive an email with a download link to access your complete raw footage (minus accidental recordings, blank space, unintentional camera movements, etc) and professionally edited recap.
Yes! The Camcorders capture both video and audio.
Your rental fee covers minor wear and tear. If the camera is lost, severely damaged, or stolen, you'll be responsible for the additional fee. A refundable security deposit is collected at checkout and returned once everything is received in good condition. See our Rental Agreement and Terms & Service for more details.
Our cameras come with a 32GB memory card, allowing you to record over 12 hours of video. That's plenty of space to capture every candid moment of your event. A standard camera rental period is for one event day.
