    HANDHELD VIDEOGRAPHER 4 LYFE

    This was the best decision we could have made when it came to capturing our wedding. No one looks at their wedding video PLUS it’s crazy expensive. Our camcorders were sought after all weekend. People couldn’t wait to get their hands on it. It was the activation we didn’t know we needed. It brought our guests together in ways we didn’t know it could. We are SO thrilled with this decision and we haven’t even gotten the edits back yet! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. For creating my memories that we now get to save forever.

    The Most Fun and Unique Video Footage

    We hired Handheld Studio to capture our wedding day and couldn't be happier with the experience. Their communication was straightforward and responsive from start to finish, and they were upfront about the timeline for our finished product. What really set them apart was how quickly everything arrived—they actually beat their own deadline. Our guests loved passing the camcorder around during the reception, which made the whole experience interactive and fun instead of just watching someone film. The footage turned out timeless and so easy to use, and honestly, we find ourselves watching it regularly and laughing at all the candid moments. If you want your guests involved and a finished product you'll actually enjoy revisiting, Handheld Studio is the way to go.

    DO IT!!!

    Rented the camcorders on a whim and ended up with content I’m gonna cherish and watch and cry and laugh at for the rest of my life!! Truly an amazing small business idea. Rent them, return them, and get all the content sorted (with the best highlight reel) within 2 weeks.

    10/10 would recommend!

    The highlight film was so well done and perfectly captured our wedding day. We are so happy we have this fun way to remember the day. The whole process was so easy and we got our film and raw videos quickly. There was an issue with the shipping company, but before I could reach out, Handheld Studio had already noticed and express shipped us a new camcorder to make sure it got to us in time! 10/10 customer service.

    Best Idea Ever!!!

    I couldn't recommend Handheld Studios more. I was hesitant to spend sooo much money on a full on videographer and I'm so glad I found this company. They made the shipping process so simple, my family and friends had SO much fun videoing throughout my wedding weekend, and the highlight video they created (very quickly I might add) was incredible! The perfect songs and clips- totally captured the magic. I got all of my footage 3 weeks from my wedding date, so about two weeks after they got the camera back- so quick!!! I will be recommending them to all of my friends getting married. Thank you Handheld Studio!

Reserve your Camcorder online and it arrives ready to record with everything you need! You film your celebration, then pack it back in the box and return it using the prepaid UPS label. Once we receive your camcorder, we download the footage, create your highlight video and share all of your raw footage to keep! It is an easy process designed to help you capture your day with personality and zero stress.
Simply choose your date and reserve your camcorder on our website. Your rental includes everything you need, plus a quick guide to get started! We recommend booking 4-6 weeks in advance to confirm your date.
Yes! Each camcorder arrives ready to record. Just turn it on, press play and start capturing your celebration. No setup or special tech skills needed :)
You will receive the Camcorder, charger, extra battery, protective foam, a prepaid return label and a simple how to guide.
Within two weeks of us receiving the camera back, you will receive an email with a download link to access your complete raw footage (minus accidental recordings, blank space, unintentional camera movements, etc) and professionally edited recap.
Yes! The Camcorders capture both video and audio.
Your rental fee covers minor wear and tear. If the camera is lost, severely damaged, or stolen, you'll be responsible for the additional fee. A refundable security deposit is collected at checkout and returned once everything is received in good condition. See our Rental Agreement and Terms & Service for more details.
Our cameras come with a 32GB memory card, allowing you to record over 12 hours of video. That's plenty of space to capture every candid moment of your event. A standard camera rental period is for one event day.
