We combine storytelling with an eye for detail and emotion to capture the memories of your wedding day. We are a happily married couple and before starting our business, Mark worked as a photojournalist and Emily focused on fine art photography. We love weddings - from start to finish, we are there for you to make sure we meet all your needs and to make beautiful photographs that will last a lifetime.

Having the two of us as lead photographers gives you a great variety of images from two different perspectives. With over a decade of experience we can handle any situation and guide you through your day to help make your wedding day memorable and fun!

    Amazing!! I used Emily and Mark for my wedding at the Seaport Hotel in June 2024, and they were INCREDIBLE. From our initial call and through the entire year long planning process they were very thorough and attentive. On my wedding day they made me feel extremely comfortable and I knew I was in great hands. They were organized, listened to my requests very carefully, and were able to quickly adapt and go with the flow of the day very easily. It was very clear they are extremely experienced with weddings. My photos came out beautiful and very timely! Would highly recommend Emily and Mark!

    My husband and I were extremely pleased with Thomson and Thomson Photography from the very start! Emily and Mark were such a pleasure to work with. We were given their name from a friend from work who hired them for her wedding. They were very prompt with emails and responses. They set up an in person meeting within 2 weeks of my inquiring. Our engagement photos were just beautiful which set the tone for our wedding photos! We got married at Ocean Edge this summer. Mark and Emily made our day so special. They were very organized and prompt; we did not have to worry about one thing the whole day. They coordinated everything the day of our wedding, even asked the band to announce to guests to sign the guestbook and use the flip flops we had bought for dancing! Mark and Emily were able to capture our personalities in our wedding photos; the candid photos are our favorites . We would recommend Mark and Emily to all of my friends and family looking to hire a photographer. They are such kind people and were truly a pleasure to work with. We could not have chosen better photographers.

    Thomson & Thomson Photography is a must! Emily and Mark were such a pleasure to work with. From the very first conversation, we knew that we were in good hands for our June wedding. We started working with T&T a year out and they guided us each step of the way. We definitely recommend adding an engagement shoot as this was a great way for us to figure out what poses we did or didn't like, and get to know each other before the big day. Our wedding planner also loved working with them! Their professionalism and industry knowledge is a huge benefit. On the day-of they were clear and organized and ensured that we got all of our requested shots. Emily & Mark's attention to detail and style timeless. We are SO beyond happy with the shots we received. They capture the day so perfectly! We did a first look so that we could enjoy the cocktail hour with our guests and this meant we also got some great shots of our guests. Our guests have said that looking at the photos throws them right back into the moment which is exactly what we hoped for. I couldn't recommend Thomson & Thomson enough. From start to finish, they were incredible.

    We had a wonderful experience working with Emily and Mark for our wedding! They were highly communicative and great to work with throughout planning and the day of. We did our engagement and wedding pictures with them, and ordered beautiful albums for ourselves and family members. They were kind enough to meet at our venue and plan out pictures prior to our wedding date and met us at a not so convenient location for them for our engagement shoot. Overall, we are really grateful we chose to work with T&T!
