Valerie is a no-brainer!
Working with Yeah Good Weddings and Valerie was an amazing vendor experience! Her communication throughout planning was clear and easy to follow, never leaving us guessing about timelines or expectations. On the day of, she proved to be a calming force who made real-time decisions with confidence! Whether adjusting reception layouts, tweaking sight lines, or pivoting logistics, Valerie kept both vendor needs and guest experience at the forefront. As a photographer, I appreciated being looped in on pacing and always knowing what was coming next, which made capturing moments seamless. Valerie managed the ceremony-to-cocktail-to-reception flow beautifully, building in buffer time for setup and photography without derailing the schedule. Her structured yet flexible approach and genuine investment in the couple's vision made my job easier and kept the whole day run smoothly.

Working with Val was hands down THE best decision we made for our wedding. I gave her a chaotic document full of insane ideas, unconventional plans, and random thoughts, and she somehow turned it into the most incredible, seamless, perfectly designed 3-day event. She has an unbelievable eye for design, but what really sets her apart is her ability to make everything feel calm and completely handled. Val had every detail completely dialed in and built such strong relationships with our vendors that everyone was obsessed with her. Because of that, we got to actually enjoy our wedding instead of managing it. Months later, people still bring it up. Friends, family, and even vendors have told me how special it felt, the flow of the events, the way the spaces transformed and how everything came together. That doesn’t just happen, it was Val. The best day all thanks to Valerie!
There are not enough "thank yous" to express our gratitude for what Valerie helped us tackle on our wedding day. Truly the best decision we made in the wedding planning process was choosing her as our day-of-coordinator. From the moment we connected with Valerie, she was professional, warm and such a delight to work with! Our meetings were always productive and fun, which helped us enjoy the wedding planning process instead of dreading it. Any worry or stressor that we had leading up to the day was always addressed and taken care of. She made sure to connect with all of our vendors and on the day of, when there were so many moving parts and details to consider, she was always on top of it! Even when Spanish could have been a language barrier, she did not let that stop her from executing this day. She remained a calming force when I felt overwhelmed and we were able to enjoy every second of this amazing day all thanks to her! Valerie was a joy to work with and our families loved her!

Our go-to gal
Val was our day-of-coordinator for our wedding and wow - what a success! This woman has got it under control! It was October and our first introductory video call - I found myself already saying "she's the best money we've spent on this entire wedding!" She answered every bullet point of every rambling email, held my quirky vendors accountable, and kept everyone (family included) happy and calm. I had the best day of my life marrying my best friend and I'll tell everyone that Val made it all possible. I've been hired to be a part of a lot of weddings and I can confidently say that Valerie was top of the line! She was in control every step of the way. From the very first email, she was quick and thorough in communication. As the wedding approached, she provided all of the necessary information and made sure I knew she was available if I had any questions. On the day of the event, she was absolutely incredible.
