The best day all thanks to Valerie!
There are not enough "thank yous" to express our gratitude for what Valerie helped us tackle on our wedding day. Truly the best decision we made in the wedding planning process was choosing her as our day-of-coordinator. From the moment we connected with Valerie, she was professional, warm and such a delight to work with! Our meetings were always productive and fun, which helped us enjoy the wedding planning process instead of dreading it. Any worry or stressor that we had leading up to the day was always addressed and taken care of. She made sure to connect with all of our vendors and on the day of, when there were so many moving parts and details to consider, she was always on top of it! Even when Spanish could have been a language barrier, she did not let that stop her from executing this day. She remained a calming force when I felt overwhelmed and we were able to enjoy every second of this amazing day all thanks to her! Valerie was a joy to work with and our families loved her!

Val was our day-of-coordinator for our wedding and wow - what a success! This woman has got it under control! It was October and our first introductory video call - I found myself already saying "she's the best money we've spent on this entire wedding!" She answered every bullet point of every rambling email, held my quirky vendors accountable, and kept everyone (family included) happy and calm. I had the best day of my life marrying my best friend and I'll tell everyone that Val made it all possible. No matter how capable you already are, I can guarantee that Val's help is a ten-fold investment. She's also just cool as heck.

I've been hired to be a part of a lot of weddings and I can confidently say that Valerie was top of the line! She was in control every step of the way. From the very first email, she was quick and thorough in communication. As the wedding approached, she provided all of the necessary information and made sure I knew she was available if I had any questions. On the day of the event, she was absolutely incredible. Cool, calm, and collected the entire day as we transitioned through the elements of the event. Valerie and her team were amazing to work with and I recommend them whole-heartedly!

My fiancé and I got engaged and then promptly avoided wedding planning as it seemed pretty overwhelming! We were lucky to connect with Val early on and booked a Clarity Session with her. This ended up being a valuable investment that has made wedding planning significantly easier for us even today. After chatting with her for about an hour, Val was able to synthesize exactly what we wanted from her strategic questions. Not only was it a comfortable and nonjudgmental space to share in, Val left us with her insights on what was clearly important to us, and a few different ways to incorporate our values into our big day.
