Couldn't Have Asked for a Better Coordinator
Working with Valerie made our final month of planning so much more manageable and stress-free. From our first meeting, she communicated clearly about what to expect and stayed on top of every detail. She proactively reached out to the rest of our vendors to confirm timelines and final details, which meant nothing fell through the cracks on the day of. During the wedding, Val made sure everything ran like clockwork while also paying close attention to how our decor came together. Working with Val was hands down THE best decision we made for our wedding. I gave her a chaotic document full of insane ideas, unconventional plans, and random thoughts, and she somehow turned it into the most incredible, seamless, perfectly designed 3-day event. She has an unbelievable eye for design, but what really sets her apart is her ability to make everything feel calm and completely handled. Val had every detail completely dialed in and built such strong relationships with our vendors that everyone was obsessed with her. Because of that, we got to actually enjoy our wedding instead of managing it. Months later, people still bring it up. Friends, family, and even vendors have told me how special it felt, the flow of the events, the way the spaces transformed and how everything came together. That doesn’t just happen, it was Val. The best day all thanks to Valerie!
There are not enough "thank yous" to express our gratitude for what Valerie helped us tackle on our wedding day. Truly the best decision we made in the wedding planning process was choosing her as our day-of-coordinator. From the moment we connected with Valerie, she was professional, warm and such a delight to work with! Our meetings were always productive and fun, which helped us enjoy the wedding planning process instead of dreading it. Any worry or stressor that we had leading up to the day was always addressed and taken care of. She made sure to connect with all of our vendors and on the day of, when there were so many moving parts and details to consider, she was always on top of it! Even when Spanish could have been a language barrier, she did not let that stop her from executing this day. Val was our day-of-coordinator for our wedding and wow - what a success! This woman has got it under control! It was October and our first introductory video call - I found myself already saying "she's the best money we've spent on this entire wedding!" She answered every bullet point of every rambling email, held my quirky vendors accountable, and kept everyone (family included) happy and calm.
