We love weaving in unexpected musical treasures that get the crowd on their feet — because you can have a rocking party and still be elegant.

For an extra layer of energy, we offer Hybrid performances that pair our DJs with Grammy-award-winning live musicians — a favorite for the dance floor. Any microphone announcements are pre-approved by you, so the only voice you'll hear is the one you chose. As the first woman to found a woman-owned music company, I bring a personal, hands-on approach to every wedding. We listen closely and customize each event to bring your vision to life.. Everything is à la carte. ~ DJ for the four-hour reception $2000 ~ DJ music for the ceremony and or cocktails is $300 per hour ~We have world-class, live musicians for all styles of music. $600 per musician for one hour and $100 for a second hour. ~We offer great Hybrid combo of DJ enhanced by live musician/musicians to really enhance and pump up the dance floor. $700 per musician. ~ Wireless remote controlled up lighting. $400 for 10 units. ~

    Wedding Reception

    We had A Starry Night DJ our wedding reception in October, and I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, Carol was incredibly attentive—she hopped on multiple calls with me throughout the planning process to make sure every detail and every wish was understood and accounted for. By the time our wedding day arrived, I had complete confidence that she knew exactly what we envisioned and would do everything she could to bring it to life. On the day of, Carol kept the entire evening running smoothly and followed the plan we had created together perfectly. She blended our must-play list with additional songs that matched the energy of the room and kept the dance floor full all night. As a bonus, she even put together a sweet video montage of our guests dancing, which we now have as a special keepsake. I could not recommend A Starry Night more—Carol helped make our big day unforgettable.

    It was the night of my dreams!

    Carol and the A Starry Night Music team were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Carol understood our vision perfectly and brought it to life on the dance floor.     Wonderful to work with!!

    I am so glad we chose A Starry Night Music for our wedding! Carol was absolutely lovely, from the first phone call to the last dance song. Absolutely! Any song you wish! Our live musicians learn any music you wish.
We guarantee to play your song list. Also if there is no reception coordinator, we always make sure the flow of your wedding goes exactly as discussed. Your dream wedding. We also offer a fabulous hybrid combination of DJ and live musician or musicians. Percussion, horns, etc.
That is up to you. If a guest asks for an inappropriate song, we always have a gracious way to not play it - for example a song from your do not play list.

Yes. Also we take care of the COI - certificate of insurance - and you don't have to do anything. We take care of everything.

Yes, we have both. We have state of the art wireless remote controlled up lighting. We have state of the art photo booth with very sharp, fun well dressed attendants.
Travel fee and breakdown fee is included into the price. The only exception is if the wedding is more than two hours from Manhattan. Then there is a small travel fee.
Taxes are included in the price. There are no surprises in our pricing. Everything is all inclusive.
