I'm Jennifer, the heart behind Fresh Event Services, a day-of and destination wedding coordination service designed especially for couples who want to plan their own vision and need someone calm, capable, and joyful to bring it to life.

Fresh specializes in supporting the DIY couple who needs support along the way to plan and prepare for their most joyful day. You want to dream up your perfect vision, browse for great ideas, plan a delicious menu, shop for the right details and touches, then hand it off to someone who sees your big picture idea and you can trust to execute it so that you can be fully present with your guests. I am the person you can count on to take care of everything behind the scenes the day of so that you can feel relaxed while you truly enjoy the people that you are hosting and mean the most to you.     Amazing

    Working with Fresh Events for our wedding was an absolute pleasure. From the very beginning, their communication style was effortless, making the entire planning process feel relaxed and stress-free. The quality of their work was truly exceptional - they provided great value and were always one step ahead, anticipating our needs and ensuring every detail was taken care of. We could not have pulled off our special day without the Fresh Events team. Their detailed planning and execution allowed us to fully enjoy our wedding, knowing everything was in capable hands. We are so grateful for their professionalism and dedication, which made our wedding day perfect in every way.

    The best investment!

    I hired Jenn as my Wedding coordinator, and it was honestly one of the best investments I've ever made. To put things in perspective - I am definitely a DIY bride. I'm very organized and consider myself to be a great hostess, so I never thought I'd be the type of person to need a coordinator. I wanted a small and intimate ceremony with immediate family and friends followed by a casual dinner. I had initially figured I could handle all of the details on my own, with help from family and friends. But after seeing how much work it was to set up my Bridal Shower, I decided to reach out to Jenn for help. I am SO GLAD I did! While I was relaxing at the Inn getting my hair done, Jenn was lugging boxes of decor to the restaurant. While I was having a sentimental moment with my Dad prior to walking down the aisle, Jenn was getting guests in place and preventing curious bystanders from ruining our wedding photos. While I was taking in the ambiance and enjoying my Wedding dinner, Jenn was issuing checks to my vendors and negotiating on my behalf. While I headed back to the Inn for a bonfire, Jenn stayed behind to clean up and get everything back in order. While I was having an amazing brunch with my family and reminiscing on the weekend, Jenn was lovingly and carefully packing up all of my decor and bringing it to the car. In other words Jenn handled all of the stressful details of the event and took care of all the little snafus, so that I didn't have to. She gave me and my family the gift of being able to RELAX, be fully present, and enjoy the event while she took care of the details. On top of that she went above and beyond to make both myself and my guests comfortable and happy. She has a gift for being warm, welcoming, communicative, and kind. She is always one step ahead of everything, and offered so many thoughtful touches - like delivering an amazing cheese platter to my room while I got ready (featuring my favorite cheese!), and leaving a bag of snacks out for my fiancé to take with him on his morning mountain bike ride. Overall, If you are hosting a party, event, shower, wedding, you name it - do yourself a favor and hire Jenn. Sure, you could probably save a little money and do it yourself. But trust me, Fresh Events is worth the investment and then some. Don't let your event be overshadowed by stress and details. Just let Fresh take care of it, and give yourself the opportunity to relax and make amazing memories!

    10/10 from a happy, relaxed bride

    We got married on May 21, 2022, and I can confidently say that hiring Jenn was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was an absolute dream to work with from start to finish! Our family first met Jenn when we hired her to help with my Grandma’s 90th birthday celebration -- an event that came together beautifully thanks to her expertise. After seeing how seamlessly she pulled off that special day, I knew I wanted her to be part of our wedding. Due to the pandemic, I had a longer-than-expected planning window (a little under 2.5 years), and I brought Jenn on board later in the process than I would’ve liked -- honestly, if I had known how incredible she was, I would have hired her from day one. Jenn served as our day-of coordinator, but she brought so much more to the table. She was incredibly detail-oriented, always attentive to my ideas, timeline, and ever-growing list of décor dreams. Our planning calls were so helpful -- they not only kept things on track but also eased my anxiety and made me feel confident that everything would come together. On the wedding day, Jenn went above and beyond. She met us at our bed and breakfast, carefully transported all of our décor and paper goods to the venue, and worked hand-in-hand with our venue staff and vendors to bring our vision to life. She had a calming presence and a warm, supportive energy that made the whole day feel smoother and more joyful. Throughout the celebration, Jenn was always nearby (but never intrusive), checking in to make sure my husband and I had everything we needed and that the schedule stayed on track. She truly cared about making the day special for us -- and it showed in every detail. Jenn was an invaluable part of our wedding day, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.     The perfect day!

    Working with Fresh Events was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. I begin working with couples 6-8 weeks in advance to review vendor contracts, build detailed timelines, organize logistics, confirm details with your vendor team, and identify potential stress points before they happen. On the wedding day itself, I become the point person so you, your family, and your wedding party can stay fully present instead of answering questions or thinking about decor at the end of the night, among many other things.

Whether your celebration is elegant, laid back, deeply personal, nontraditional, family-focused, or highly detailed, I care about creating an experience that feels welcoming, intentional, and true to you. This is honestly one of my strengths. Years in events have taught me that staying calm changes everything. Most guests, and often the couple, never even realize when something has shifted behind the scenes because I’m already working the solution before it reaches you. I’m highly organized, adaptable, and proactive, but just as importantly, I know how to lead a wedding day with kindness and steady energy. Your vendors feel supported, your family feels reassured, and you get to stay focused on marrying your favorite person.
In addition to day-of coordination, I offer monthly consultation sessions for couples who want professional guidance throughout the planning process without the cost of full-service planning. These sessions are designed to reduce overwhelm, provide structure, and help couples feel confident making decisions along the way. I create a customized planning approach based on each couple’s timeline, priorities, strengths, and vision, offering practical tools, recommendations, and support where it’s needed most.
