I'm Jennifer, the heart behind Fresh Event Services, a day-of and destination wedding coordination service designed especially for couples who want to plan their own vision and need someone calm, capable, and joyful to bring it to life.

Fresh specializes in supporting the DIY couple who needs support along the way to plan and prepare for their most joyful day. You want to dream up your perfect vision, browse for great ideas, plan a delicious menu, shop for the right details and touches, then hand it off to someone who sees your big picture idea and you can trust to execute it so that you can be fully present with your guests. I am the person you can count on to take care of everything behind the scenes the day of so that you can feel relaxed while you truly enjoy the people that you are hosting and mean the most to you.     Best Wedding Coordinator Ever

    My wedding day was perfect and that is all because of Jenn. I can’t imagine my day without her (or my now husband) but mostly Jenn. She was there every step of the way. She was always available for a late night phone call, answered every single one of my silly texts and on the day of the wedding made my day a breeze. I didn’t have to answer any questions, come up with a timeline or anything. Jenn took my vision and made it come to life and I will forever be grateful I found her. If you need someone to take a massive weight off your shoulders and help you have the most amazing wedding day ever, Jenn is your person. I will definitely use Jenn again if I need to plan an epic party or baby shower now! Jenn you’re the best!!!!

    Simply The Best

    Where do I even start with Jenn! Planning a wedding is no simple task and when I was put to the challenge to start to plan our own, I was definitely put to the test. Reaching out to Jenn to help me with the coordination of our day was pivotal for it running smoothly. Not a single beat was missed - from her comprehensive checklists and guides she gave us day one, to showing up to our rehearsal in our church the night before ensuring everything ran efficiently & to our liking! Any bride/groom would be so lucky to have Jenn by their side on their special day! I felt nothing but love & support from her throughout our entire planning process, and she was truly my sense of calm during such a crazy time. Jenn, thank you for everything! Future lucky couples, I’m jealous of all of the fun you will have with her along the way!

    Jenn is the best

    We are so happy to have worked with Jenn to make our wedding dreams come true. She was so helpful in the beginning stages of our wedding planning and helped our vision come to life. She is organized, efficient and truly cares about the couples she works with. Our wedding would not have been our perfect day without Jenn and Fresh. We got to enjoy our wedding day stress free. She handled everything from curating rental orders to helping us pick caterers to decorating. We would invest in Jenn every time if we had to do this all again. She saw our vision and she executed beyond our imagination. We really could not have had the most amazing wedding day without Fresh Events.     Amazing

    The best investment!

    I hired Jenn as my Wedding coordinator, and it was honestly one of the best investments I've ever made. To put things in perspective - I am definitely a DIY bride. I'm very organized and consider myself to be a great hostess, so I never thought I'd be the type of person to need a coordinator. I wanted a small and intimate ceremony with immediate family and friends followed by a casual dinner. I had initially figured I could handle all of the details on my own, with help from family and friends. But after seeing how much work it was to set up my Bridal Shower, I decided to reach out to Jenn for help. I am SO GLAD I did! While I was relaxing at the Inn getting my hair done, Jenn was lugging boxes of decor to the restaurant. While I was having a sentimental moment with my Dad prior to walking down the aisle, Jenn was getting guests in place and preventing curious bystanders from ruining our wedding photos. While I was taking in the ambiance and enjoying my Wedding dinner, Jenn was issuing checks to my vendors and negotiating on my behalf. While I headed back to the Inn for a bonfire, Jenn stayed behind to clean up and get everything back in order. While I was having an amazing brunch with my family and reminiscing on the weekend, Jenn was lovingly and carefully packing up all of my decor and bringing it to the car. In other words Jenn handled all of the stressful details of the event and took care of all the little snafus, so that I didn't have to. She gave me and my family the gift of being able to RELAX, be fully present, and enjoy the event while she took care of the details. On top of that she went above and beyond to make both myself and my guests comfortable and happy. She has a gift for being warm, welcoming, communicative, and kind. She is always one step ahead of everything, and offered so many thoughtful touches - like delivering an amazing cheese platter to my room while I got ready (featuring my favorite cheese!), and leaving a bag of snacks out for my fiancé to take with him on his morning mountain bike ride. Overall, If you are hosting a party, event, shower, wedding, you name it - do yourself a favor and hire Jenn. Sure, you could probably save a little money and do it yourself. But trust me, Fresh Events is worth the investment and then some. Don't let your event be overshadowed by stress and details. Just let Fresh take care of it, and give yourself the opportunity to relax and make amazing memories!
