    Catawba Falls Events venue is truly a gem tucked away with the most stunning surroundings. The attention to detail inside and out is unmatched as you will notice while touring the property. As a planner it is a pleasure to work alongside Matt Starnes and Sherry Walden as wedding dreams become a reality for those couples who choose this venue for their wedding day memories.

    Every event I've attended and help plan at CFE has been more than special. Their attention to detail and cleanliness spoke to me. Your guests will love this beautiful venue. It's a magical treasure tucked away in the woods.

We only do ONE event per day. The venue rental fees grant you exclusive access to the property for your event!
The rental fee provides you exclusive access to the property for 12-15 hours. Depending on rental package, typically this is 8am to 10pm. All events must end by 11pm.
There is ample parking on property. Guests can park in two large parking lots on site. (Upper lot and Lower Lot)
Clients receive a credit on their venue rental if they choose to work with our preferred vendors. Bar Services must be chosen from our Preferred Vendor List. We do have a recommended list of superstar vendors we can provide for all other services! All vendors must be licensed and insured to deliver the services you’ve hired them to provide.
The client may provide their own alcohol but all alcohol will be governed by the bartending service hired for your event.
We strive to be good stewards of the environment – and good neighbors! We do not allow the release of balloons, lanterns, confetti or fake flower petals. We LOVE creative sendoffs and would love to talk to you about how to execute your ideas!
Our rental package includes accommodations for 170. Seating capacity varies based on your desired floor plan. For guest counts exceeding 170, additional terms and conditions may apply.
We welcome pets to be part of the ceremony and on property for pictures. All animals must be leashed at all times. A designated representative of the couple is responsible for handling the pet, cleaning up after the pet and taking the pet home after pictures are complete.

Yes, our facility is wheelchair accessible. We also have handicap parking, handicap bathrooms.
We’re not a “wedding factory.” Every detail, from the historic architecture to the private waterfront views, has been created for couples who want a timeless, personal experience. You’ll never feel rushed or like one of many coming through on a given weekend. We host a limited number of weddings per year to be offer you our complete attention from beginning to end.
