Sixty Acres, A Gathering Place is a barn wedding venue located in Mount Pleasant, NC which is located 35 minutes from downtown Charlotte, 20 minutes from Concord, NC, and 20 minutes from Albemarle, NC. The property is set on 60 acres of picturesque farmland, adding to its charming, rustic atmosphere. Known for its spectacular sunset views, couples from across the state travel there to celebrate their love in a lush, natural farm setting. At Sixty Acres, A Gathering Place, you and your partner can host up to 250 guests for your milestone occasion. When celebrating there, your day will begin at the brand new, two-story barn situated at the heart of the property.

Monday through Thursday Only. Pricing $3500 This package includes: • 4 hours of use • Use of Bridal Suite • Use of the Groom’s Cabin • Use of outdoor Dance floor • Use of Bar area • Tables provided • Chairs provided • Linens are available • Use of Prep Kitchen with 3 bay sink, refrigerator, ice maker, food warmer and prep tables • Use our decorations (or bring your own) • Staff available to decorate tables for you • Staff available to clean up for you
Package B - Weekend Package
LIMITED TIME SPECIAL $500 off on all contracts signed by 12/31/2024 This Package includes Friday & Saturday •Friday as a bonus for rehearsal and/or rehearsal dinner. • Bridal suite • Separate 14 x 40 Cabin for the Groom and his party • Staff on site from the beginning to the end of your event • Prep Kitchen • Tables and Chairs are provided • Buffet Tables are provided • Linens are available • Bride & Groom table with Custom His and Hers Chairs • Use our decorations or bring your own

Spectacular
The owners of Sixty Acres were a breeze to work with. They exceeded my expectations. All of my requests were met, even if I decided to change my mind the day of! Very accommodating. The venue is beautiful, at night the barn and arch way to the water is lit up, a wonderful place for pictures. The owner kept in touch with me throughout the 10 months of planning. Answered all my questions and even gave suggestions. In the incident of rain, she helped my stress and aided me with a backup plan (thankfully we didn't need it!) The facility has everything you may need from, decorations, bridal and groomsman suites, outdoor and indoor seating as well as dance floor. A bar, food warmer & ice machine. I was able to go to the barn when needed to see the venue as well as for bridal photos.

Connie and Cowboy are some of the best people I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing! And the venue itself is absolutely stunning. Connie was great to work with and was very flexible and understanding with everything. Cowboy was the best! Super helpful and very accommodating with anything and everything we needed or wanted! I couldn’t have asked for a better place to marry the love of my life or better people to work with! I can’t recommend them enough!

A MUST Venue to visit and book!
Sixty Acres A Gathering Place is the most breathtaking venue. Easily accessible, with a lot of amenities. Beautiful barn, full catering kitchen, Bridal suit and grooms cabin. The outside dance floor, fire place and full sized pond sets the tone for the prettiest photos. Owners and staff are very easy going and wonderful to work with. Any celebration here would be very memorable!
