Originally called Doub's United Methodist Chapel, this historic structure was relocated to its current site in 1909 and functioned as a place of worship for decades. Today, the chapel has been meticulously renovated, preserving its vintage charm while incorporating modern amenities. Magnolia Hill remains a house of worship which has stunning architecture and intimate ambiance. Weddings can be hosted in the chapel, outdoors, or in our elegant reception hall, offering versatile options for any occasion.

Our wedding venue at The Vieux is very versatile. You can choose to get married in front of the mountains up by the gazebo and outside chapel, on the balcony of The Vieux in front of Mt. Le Conte (if it's a small wedding party), in the back yard of The Vieux surrounded by the trees or inside in front of the floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Wherever you choose, your wedding will be unique and just as you choose it to be. We don't charge an exorbitant amount for our venue because we want you to be able to afford to stay at The Vieux and have your wedding all rolled into one at a great price.
