THE BEST OF THE BEST

TLDR - This is the best wedding venue I have ever been to, and I am so lucky it was the one we chose. If you're considering getting married here, DO IT! We were married at Henderson Acres on October 10, 2026, when heavy rain, wind, and chillier temperatures swept through the area. In the days leading up to our wedding, and especially that morning, I genuinely didn't know how we would pull off the outdoor wedding we'd spent so long planning. I was devastated, as I think any bride would be. But aside from marrying my husband, what I'll remember most is how incredible the team at Henderson Acres was. The staff went above and beyond despite circumstances outside anyone's control. The moment the rain stopped, they were outside moving chairs, wiping everything down, and doing everything they could so we could still have our ceremony outdoors. As I was getting my hair & makeup done, a very nice bottle of champagne was sent to the bridal suite, knowing how stressed I was about the weather. I'll let the photos we've received so far speak for themselves. It was absolutely beautiful! While our day didn't look exactly how I'd envisioned it, I was overwhelmed with gratitude for everyone who worked so hard to make it special. As someone who spent an embarrassing amount of time meticulously planning where everything would go for our cocktail hour and reception, I was especially nervous about moving everything indoors because it meant my plans went out the window. But when I saw the reception space, it was absolutely gorgeous. Somehow, the team made it all come together beautifully, all on their own, despite the last-minute changes. And I can't write this review without mentioning how stunning the venue itself is. The mountain views are breathtaking, but the house is every bit as beautiful. Every part of the property is gorgeous, and it truly feels like such a special place to get married. I don't think we had a single conversation with our guests where someone didn't mention how beautiful the venue was! We received so many compliments, and it made me happy knowing everyone else was just as blown away by Henderson Acres as we were. Our experience with Henderson Acres was wonderful long before our wedding day, too. When we booked, we lived in New Hampshire and couldn't visit in person. That meant Brett, the owner, received more texts, calls, and questions from me than I could count. He was consistently responsive, patient, accommodating, and genuinely wonderful to work with. Planning from hundreds of miles away can be stressful, but Brett made it so much easier. I also cannot say enough wonderful things about Brian and the entire team on our wedding day. From making everything come together beautifully despite the weather to the drivers who shuttled our guests from the parking lot in the pouring rain, every person played a part in making our day unforgettable. Their hard work, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed. Every couple hopes their wedding day will be perfect, and sometimes that means accepting that perfect might look different from what you imagined. Our day would have been special anywhere, but because we chose Henderson Acres, it was so much more. We got married in hurricane-like weather, and because of them, I wouldn't change a thing! I will forever be grateful to Brett, Brian, and everyone at Henderson Acres for giving us the most beautiful wedding day. I truly cannot recommend this venue enough!

Bride

Henderson Acres is truly beyond anything we could’ve hoped for with our wedding venue. First their actual outdoor space and house is so beautiful it is straight out of a magazine- picture perfect. The decor and stone within the house is such an elevated look we were in awe of. They are constantly adding things to the space and not to add things you need to pay for but to offer plenty of things for you to enjoy to use during your day. For instance there was several items of decor we used from them that we decided day of to use and the flexibility of that is incredible. They have a reasonably priced furniture package that their venue staff helps set up on wedding day and they have a retractable tent in case of inclement weather. Next the staff is absolutely incredible. Seriously beyond kind, helpful, responsive, and authentically caring. Planning the wedding was a dream with them, and the staff the day of was beyond kind and helpful ensuring the day ran smoothly. An example, we had one guest who was in a wheelchair and had to have an uber come to the venue for pick up/drop off - the staff without being asked drove to the bottom of the driveway waited for the uber and personally escorted them to the top. That kind of hospitality was noticed by our guests who raved about their kindness. I could write about so many more amazing things this venue has to offer. We received countless (truly countless) compliments on this venue and the venue staff - from the beauty of the space to the kindness and authentic care everyone felt. Our photographer captured the day perfectly with such beauty and somehow you’re still amazed seeing the space in person. I think there is something special about a family owned business and this venue is a prime example of it! Without a doubt the best decision we made in our wedding planning was booking Henderson Acres after so much searching - couldn’t recommend more!!!!

2025 Wedding, perfect

I had the pleasure of coordinating a wedding at Henderson Acres this weekend. Let me start off by saying, this venue is Gorgeous, and gorgeous doesn’t even feel like an adequate adjective to even describe. The house- exquisite. The views- unmatched. It’s the most beautiful back drop for any bride and grooms dream wedding. Brett & Crew were involved in every detail. There was no task or request unmet and no detail spared at this venue. They have thought of everything and they were amazing. If you have any concerns about booking this place…. You need to lay them to rest. They went above and beyond and 130 guests were treated like they were at a 5-star resort. Thank you to all the staff there that made our wedding PERFECT. Henderson Acres exceeded every expectation and the site and its views did not disappoint. You couldn’t take an ugly picture here if you tried!!!

Spring 2025 Wedding

Absolutely gorgeous setting for my son's wedding. This venue has it all, responsive staff, perfect area for the reception, and a view to die for. The day after my son's wedding we toured the Biltmore and saw a large wedding party being photographed. All I could think of was "too bad you didn't know about Hendersonville Acres"

Amazing location, beautiful views of the mountains and exceptional staff! I absolutely look forward to the next time I come back! Thank you to everyone involved!
