Purposely Designed Event Planning is more than a planning and coordination company. We allow you to live out my dreams, and bring your visions to life (yes, even if you have no idea what they are yet). Our team is dedicated to transforming your anxiety into stress-free fun. We began our journey planning weddings for couples in Charlotte, North Carolina, and have expanded into a multi-tiered company with a nationwide clientele. We are dedicated planners committed to providing extraordinary, seamless, “without-a-hitch” events.
We are not only plan and coordinate events, but we also offer a 360 photo booth rental to take your wedding to the next level. Our Owner and Lead Planner is also a travel agent that is equipped to handle all destination and domestic travel needs.

The best planner for the BEST day!
Our day was absolutely seamless thanks to Patrice and her team! We could focus entirely on our ceremony, without worrying about anything else. Patrice orchestrated everything behind the scenes flawlessly. From start to finish, it wasn’t just a day—it was a smooth process. Brought wedding ideas to life!
My husband and I had our wedding in August 2023 which Patrice was our wedding planner. She stepped in when we had to let another planner go due to creative differences and Patrice made sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted! I’m a detailed person so I REALLY loved that she provides detailed instructions to the entire wedding party and vendors for where they’re supposed to be and what to do down to the minute! She brought vision to life (including displaying our mother’s actual wedding dresses during the reception) and remained calm through the whole process. Would definitely recommend her services if you are in search for an event planner!
