Hey there- I'm Joanna, but feel free to call me Jo! My world has always been filled with photography- through all the years and different cameras, it's always been my biggest passion and love. I am a travel enthusiast and I will always be down to hike up a mountain or explore a new city. My favorite meals are anything that include coffee or sushi and I am a firm believer that there is no such thing as "too much chocolate." Most importantly, I am a lover of all love and will never get tired of documenting it.

I am passionate about documenting love in the most genuine, authentic way possible. I want to freeze in time all of your laughs, sweet gazes, and happy tears for you to look back on when you’re old and gray and your love has survived the ages. If you want a photographer that is constantly hyping you up and says things like "I'm dying" and "oh my gosh stop" because you two are just that cute, I'm your gal.

    My husband and I booked Joanna for our elopement dinner celebration. She was absolutely wonderful and captured our evening perfectly. She was communicative and I was able to get on Facetime with her in less than 24 hours after booking. I felt so at ease being able to handle this so quickly. She was communicative, timely, and talented! I would 100% recommend!

    Joanna photographed our September 2023 wedding at West Point in NY, and we would recommend her wholeheartedly.
 We first contacted Joanna after seeing her work on Instagram and Zola, and we really connected to the candidness and quality of her photography. We weren’t fans of traditional, super-posed and highly edited wedding photography. We were looking for a wedding photographer with a relaxed style that’s both modern and timeless. Joanna was all of the above and her photography perfectly highlights real love and connection between two people. Our wedding package with Joanna included an engagement shoot which was the perfect way to get to know her better and explain in person what we wanted for both our engagement and wedding photos. As people who aren’t generally comfortable in front of a camera, Joanna made us feel so comfortable while shooting and the photos came out better than we could have expected.
 On the wedding day, Joanna flew in to shoot our wedding, which wasn’t originally anticipated when we booked, but we truly appreciated how she made it work for our wedding. She was a dream to work, traveling to multiple locations throughout the day to shoot and capturing every photo we asked for. Going with Joanna over a team of photographers was one of the best decisions we made. It kept our wedding more intimate and relaxed for us and our guests without sacrificing quality or the range of photos. Overall, Joanna was flexible, organized, and collaborative. She quickly responded to all of our questions and kept in communication with us throughout the entire process. Joanna is also just a very kind and friendly person to work with, which was very important to us. We truly love our wedding day photos. Thank you Joanna!
