Thank you for sharing your feedback. I was surprised to see this review, as this is the first time I have heard of any concerns regarding the music at your wedding, which took place eight months ago. At LK Productions, we take our couples' music preferences very seriously. Our online planning system includes a dedicated "Do Not Play" section, and we carefully review all playlists and event details prior to every wedding. In addition, all music played during our events is logged and recorded through our Serato DJ software. After reviewing the Serato event history from your wedding, I found that none of the songs listed on your "Do Not Play" list were played during the reception. I also confirmed that the majority of the songs from your requested playlist were played throughout the event. While it is not always possible to play every song from a client's playlist due to time constraints, guest requests, event flow, and the length of the reception, our goal is always to incorporate the music selections provided while creating an enjoyable experience for the couple and their guests. Had these concerns been brought to my attention during the wedding or shortly afterward, I would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss them and address them directly.
