I began my photography business in 2013, after completing an associates degree in Portrait Studio Management. I am passionate about creating timeless memories through photography. With a mixed style of editorial and creative posing, I strive to create portraits my clients are proud of. Images that they will display in their home and share with family through the years to come.

I love meeting people in all walks of life. Even though I'm generally reserved, I take charge when needed, and I have never met a stranger. My goal for your wedding day is to be another friend you enjoy spending your day with. Through email, text, or in person, I will be in constant contact with you leading up to your wedding date to create a custom timeline that is unique to you and perfectly highlights the most important parts of your day.

My all-inclusive day of photography. Myself and an assistant photographer will capture all of the moments from your day. Beginning with the details such as jewelry and decor, then ending with your guests dancing the night away. In addition to digital images, I'll provide a highlight of your wedding through film photography. At your engagement session, I'll get to know you, and a sense of your style and personality prior to your wedding day.

    Captured Our Day

    Highly recommend!

    Sarah made the whole process easy and stress free. She met with us first and explained her whole process while also making sure we were comfortable with her. She got better pictures than I could’ve imagined for our engagement session. They felt natural and true to us. For our wedding, she took so many candid pictures every moment was captured. It was like reliving it again just looking through them. She was always professional and great to have around. We would go through Tidal Marsh for any pictures again!

Typically, couples book me about a year prior to their wedding. If your date is during peak season, typically September-November, reach out as soon as possible.
Depending on the size of your wedding, and the package you choose, I'll often bring an assistant or second shooter.
Of course! All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure you are provided with the best images to reflect your day. In addition to this, I apply skin smoothing to all images and hand edit noticeable blemishes. I will always strive to provide additional edits as needed, and within reason, if notified within one week of gallery delivery.
At this time, I do not. Video is not my speciality, and I prefer to leave this art to the many talented videographers in the area.
My turn around time is approximately six weeks. However, you will receive 20-30 sneak peeks within 48hrs of your ceremony. Once your gallery is completed, I will mail you a keepsake custom USB within the week.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my 12 years of experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve only missed one booking. This was due to medical complications and the pre-term delivery of my youngest daughter. In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I'll be in communication with you, so you are aware of what is going on, but I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my assistant. In the event this occurs, I will still perform all edits and product delivery.
If your venue is within North Carolina or parts of South Carolina, I do not charge travel fees. That being said, I love to travel, I love destination weddings, and my passport is ready should your wedding plans call for a plane ticket!
