Welcome! Nice to connect, I'm Lee, a Charlotte wedding photographer documenting destination weddings, elopements, and intimate weddings that are driven by a deep sense of nostalgia and feeling. My style is natural & organic; the kind of images that connect you back to moments, people and places. I like to shoot a wedding as if I was one of your guests; raw, sincere, from the inside out.     Would recommend!!!!!

    Lee was awesome! He communicates quickly and we chatted a bunch before even going into our free engagement shoot. My now husband and I haven't ever had real professional photos taken before, but he made it sooo easy and natural immediately. He provided good context of what and how to pose that made the photos show how happy we really were and are, and not seem posed. We've gotten tons of compliments on our wedding photos too. He shoots lots of black and white but provided the color version for us too, which was important to me! Our wedding day was so easy with him and his team. He provided real time instructions, worked closely with my coordinator, and was able to actually finish shooting photos early enough that my bridesmaids and I had 45 minutes before they had to line up for us to chat, goof around, and enjoy how excited we were. He captured one of the most important moments for me, me and my now husband just over the moon happy immediately after the ceremony, and we didn't even know he was there. It's one of my favorite pictures of all time now, the emotion is so tangible in the photo and we were just so happy!! His team was also awesome to work with, and my husband said it was a breeze to get groomsmen photos taken. Our family photos were all done quickly during the cocktail hour, and we were able to do all of our just married pictures within the same cocktail hour - and it literally was an hour so he works quick!! We got our samples back literally within 48 hours, and he had them all edited and chose photos from each section of our wedding. When we got our full album back, he had taken literally hundreds of photos, and we got to see the wedding from everyone else's perspective- he also got plenty of us, but focused so much on our guests that we felt we relived the night, even though we didn't have a videographer. Lee even sent us a personal congrats gift after the wedding, and it's now sitting on our little wedding shelf. His photos are also being used by the team I hired for makeup and hair as promos! The team was awesome, and I will be coming back to him for non-wedding related stuff in the future!!

    Dream Wedding Pictures!

    Working with Lee was an absolute dream! He and his team were extremely personable, charismatic, and down to earth. It’s amazing how much stress it takes off of you while planning to have someone you can talk to like a close friend, and how much stress it takes off of you on the day of your wedding to pose for people who can keep your confidence & energy high. Lee has an eye for detail, a passion for understanding people’s aesthetic vision, and a LOT of heart.  The pictures my husband & I have to look back on the most special day of our lives are not just portraits, or photos to check off of a shot list, they capture every ounce of emotion that was felt throughout the day. It’s as if the camera was looking on at us with the same love in its eyes that we have for each other. I couldn’t recommend his team more for the couples who have always been a little different, and who want their wedding pictures to evoke emotion & feel unique to their energies.

    Amazing engagement photos!

    Lee was so amazing! He’s such a nice guy and a great photographer. We had so much fun shooting with him for our engagement photos! He was so easy to communicate with and had a quick turnaround time for our picture edits. Our pictures came out so amazing, and we got so many different shots! I would highly recommend Lee if you’re looking for engagement photos!

    Beauitfil photos that truly capture the day!

    Lee’s photos are incredible! We were so happy with our wedding photos. He was great to work with on the wedding day, and we have already gotten so many compliments on how beautiful the pictures are. If you’re looking for the documentary style that really captures the emotions of the day, Lee absolutely has the eye for it!

Yes, we do photo & video.
Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
I include an engagement session as part of the experience because engagement sessions add so much to the story of who you are as a couple right now, and they're an ideal way to become more comfortable in front of my lens before your wedding day. Your engagement session can be as simple as a stroll through your favorite park, a desert sunset shoot, or even a romantic return to where he proposed- anything you can imagine to share the imagery of your personal love story.
Me too! HAHA. So I totally understand. My goal is to make couples feel safe, relaxed, and free to be their most authentic selves in front of the camera. I steer away from stiff posing and instead provide ample time for you to get comfortable. By engaging in activities you enjoy together, I create an environment that encourages genuine connections and captures real moments
