I started out as a wedding blogger, sharing the incredible work of talented wedding planners and vendors across the Carolinas. Those two years were an incredible learning experience, and they ignited a passion in me that I couldn’t ignore. In 2019, I decided it was time to take the leap and start planning weddings myself, and I haven’t looked back since! There’s something so magical about helping couples bring their dream weddings to life. From the first consultation to the final send-off, I pour my heart and soul into every detail, making sure each wedding is as unique and special as the love story behind it.

Exceptional planning
I had the pleasure of working alongside Jacinda and her team as a wedding content creator at a wedding at The Little Chapel at Haven Ridge in Winston-Salem, and I was genuinely so impressed. From a vendor perspective, everything was incredibly well-organized, thoughtful, and smooth. The timeline flowed effortlessly, communication was clear, and every detail was handled with such care and intention. From a guest perspective, the entire day felt beautiful and elevated — the venue, the florals, the music (including a live violinist), the DJ, and the food were all absolutely wonderful. You could truly feel the level of attention given to every element. Most importantly, the bride felt calm, present, and able to fully enjoy her day — which says everything about the quality of planning behind the scenes. Jacinda and her team created such a warm, seamless experience for everyone involved. I would be more than happy to work together again and highly recommend them to any couple looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented planner.

Amazing planner from start to finish!
Jacinda was the planner for a wedding I was the florist at on 4/11/2026 and throughout the planning process she has been incredible to work with! She was available to answer all my questions, really understood the vision, and communicated everything well in advance and thoroughly. I knew exactly what to expect on the day of and she was available to ask any questions. Jacinda seriously makes it a team effort and even offered to manage the floral flip for my team. She's warm and sweet, and you should 100% hire her!

Jacinda and her team at J'adore Jay are absolutely amazing wedding planners. As a venue manager in Charleston, I've worked with many coordinators, and this team truly went above and beyond. Their communication was detailed, caring, and they provided fast responses, even when navigating unexpected challenges outside of their scope. Despite several hiccups, they graciously worked through everything, and the wedding day turned out wonderfully. I can't recommend J'adore Jay enough and I look forward to working with them again in the future! :)

Amazing All Around
Jacinda was an amazing coordinator to work with. She was thorough, thoughtful, and exceeded on the day of the wedding. As a vendor it is extremely hard to find such reliable coordinators what know exactly how everything should go without us walking them through all our aspects. We love her and cannot wait to continue to work with her in the future.
