We do allow outside wine to be brought into the venue; however, outside liquor is not permitted in event spaces and must remain in the couple’s room. That said, we're happy to accommodate special requests and can order specific liquors on behalf of the couple to ensure their preferences are available during the celebration.

Yes, all our facilities are fully wheelchair accessible, including both the main entrance and the venue entrance, with elevator access to all levels. Additionally, the venue and hotel rooms below are equipped with hearing-impaired fire alarm lights and select staff can be available upon request that can assist guests with accessibility needs to ensure a comfortable and safe experience for everyone.

Our wedding package includes more than just booking the venue. It will include a 6-hour event rental with all-day access for setup, our first-tier open bar package, in-house catering, and a complimentary overnight stay in one of our suites or penthouses. You'll also have full access to our inventory, staff setup and cleanup services, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens—everything you need for a seamless and memorable celebration.

Ceremony + Reception bookings will have a 6-hour event rental with all-day access for setup, while Reception only bookings will have a 4-hour event rental with all-day access for setup. Requests for additional time are permitted with an added fee.

Yes, valet parking is available for $42 per day. Guests are also welcome to self-park in the attached parking garage for $34 per day. For events at Nuvole, we offer a discounted parking rate of $15 per guest. This can be added to your event package and will appear on your tab the day following your event.

Yes, Nuvole requires all couples to obtain event insurance for the day of their wedding. This helps protect both you and your guests and ensures a smooth and secure event experience.
