Olde Sycamore is the perfect setting for any private event. Our space is designed to hold small groups and be the ideal intimate setting or larger groups up to 120 and still be the perfect place for your event. Our staff strives to make you event planning process as seamless as possible and does the set up and clean up for you.

    Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, china, flatware, glassware, and linens
    Your reservation includes four hours from start to finish. Each additional hour is billed at $150. We do not charge you for set up or clean up time .
    Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are refundable for 30 days after booking. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
