PINE is a modern, industrial blank canvas wedding venue in Charlotte, North Carolina. Located in the heart of the NODA neighborhood of Charlotte, North Carolina, PINE is an industrial-chic, blank-canvas venue full of possibilities. PINE can host up to 320 for a seated celebration, and many more for a cocktail-style reception. PINE boasts 6,300 sq. ft. of unique event space and features a stunning combination of white walls, industrial cement floors, elegant chandeliers, and large windows that needs very little, if any, decor. PINE also offers a fully furnished lounge located on the mezzanine level. PINE offers 24 hour rentals so that you can have access to the venue from 10am on the day of your event to 10am the following day, allowing you plenty of time to set-up and celebrate.

    Beautiful Venue

    PINE was an amazing venue for our wedding. The team was friendly, helpful, and responsive to all of our questions. The open and airy space was flooded with natural light, creating a beautiful, modern backdrop for our day. I enjoyed being able to personalize the venue space and bring our vision to life. While the venue pricing didn't include a lot of additional things (i.e. room set up/flip, room design, decor, coordination is all extra) , it was still worth the cost and has so many amazing spots for photos! The vibes are amazing and the bridal suite is fantastic for getting ready! We loved celebrating our special day at this venue!

    Book with PINE

    So far our experience has been amazing with PINE! Our planner has been awesome checking in during the wedding planning process and booking with PINE was so easy. They did a great job touring us around the space and going over the contract. You will not regret booking this venue!


PINE has a flexible vendor policy so that you are able to customize your event to your liking! PINE Beverage is our in-house, customizable beverage provider, and we have to say, it’s pretty epic. We also offer planning as an optional add-on service. If you have a 24-hour rental, vendors can load in at 10AM the day of your event, and can load out until 10AM the following day. For hourly rentals, your vendors will need to load-in and out within your contracted time. Just let your Client Concierge know if you need more time. We require proof of liability insurance, which any licensed vendor will have anyway!
When you book PINE, you get the venue, including the fully furnished lounge, two client suites, tables and chairs, cocktail tables, your very own personal Client Concierge and Beverage Manager, and access to Walk Through Wednesdays every week. Our other amenities, including our photo booth, planning, and beverage service, are optional add-ons for an additional cost.
We offer flexible rental windows - anywhere from hourly, to 24 hours, to multi-day depending on your needs. Hourly rentals may not be available on prime weekend days. If you book your rental for 24 hours, you get the venue from 10 AM the day of your event, until 10 AM the following day. Yes, you read that right. The 24-hour rental gives you more than enough time to set-up, party, and tear down. There is no curfew inside. Party as long as you want but we do have to stop the service and consumption of alcohol at the locally mandated time and comply with local noise ordinances.
Our Client Concierge team will be your venue representative from the moment you book and throughout the planning process, and will be there on event day to ensure the venue functions perfectly for your event. The Event Manager arrives once alcohol starts flowing, to ensure we have a dedicated person for facility needs. Our Planning services are additional fee, and are 110% worth it. Our planners give you your life back, and ensure that your event goes off perfectly. They will stay the entire evening, and handle everything from your setup and flip, to vendor logistics, to getting you down the aisle — even if your ceremony is offsite.

The Pass, where PINE is located, offers a large shared parking lot for all patrons of the development. There is also public parking on Raleigh Street and additional overflow parking at the Sugar Creek light rail stop. We encourage guests to utilize the nearby light rail, which has pedestrian access directly into The Pass, or catch a rideshare so you can travel worry-free. It is not advised that guests park overnight at The Pass.
We've made sure our space doesn't leave anyone out so everyone is included in the fun!
