Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
Yes, Self-Parking is available at the rate of $15 per car, per day with in-and-out garage privileges.
Your reservation includes six hours from start to finish, not including the time it takes our staff to set up and clean up.
Our building is located 10 miles away from Charlotte-Douglas Airport. You can reach our venue by Taxi, Lyft, Uber, or by private vehicle.
One-Day Event Insurance is completely optional but not required. All outside vendors must be licensed and insured. They must provide a Certificate of Insurance in order to to provide services at the hotel for your wedding or special event.
Set up, clean up, tables, chairs, China, flatware, and glassware. Table linens and napkins can be provided for a small rental fee.
